Our Furnace wasn't working this morning, turned out was because of something I did that caused the water drain to back up, the tech was extremely polite and helpful and we were glad to have basically just a diagnostic fee for the visit. John Henry's is a fantastic company and they always fix whatever the problem is quickly and without fuss, highly recommend!

Had air conditioning capacitor replaced. Turns out there were more issues with my unit so I decided to get it replaced. Don did a great job explaining my options and making sure I chose what would work for me and got the financing set up for me. Justin R and Tony did an excellent job with the installation.

Ian was pleasant, approachable, professional and efficient. He performed the necessary repair quickly with absolutely no mess and then showed us how to repeat his steps so we didn't have to call again on this issue. John Henry is now our go-to plumbing service!

Employee review: After a little over 4 years I was brought an out of state opportunity that ended my time with John Henry’s. John Henry’s is top notch in both customer and employee experience. They take the time to properly train their employees (office and field staff) to provide the best service in the area. Their team is staffed with 100+ years combined experience in both plumbing and HVAC. I HIGHLY recommend John Henry’s as an employee and as a customer. This is a great place to boost your knowledge and work in a family like environment.

Very professional with knowledgeable technicians. Great job with troubleshooting and explaining all the issues. Quality work with excellent time management. Only negative is price. Spent triple what other plumbers price quoted. Guess quality comes at a high cost.

They told me on the phone that it would be $50 for a visit and wouldn’t tell me the hourly rate and just said it depends on the issue. The plumber Ian was fine and did a good job, no complaints there. It cost $236 for about 10 mins of work where all he had to do was unscrew our shower head and give us some pointers to avoid the leak in the future. So for those reading, their hourly rate is $186 (70-85$ more than local competition). If I had know. This I would not have gone this route.
