I had them come out for a duct cleaning in a smokers home. They did an excellent job. They were both very nice and knowledgeable about everything. They also found out the air filter size was incorrectly labeled and found the correct one.

We called for service on Labor Day weekend & were graciously served by Erik in a prompt & kind manner, especially since they deliberately fit us into their service schedule on a holiday weekend!! Erik was extremely patient & willing to explain the specifics of our situation until we understood what needed to be done, so he could do it!! As far as we’re concerned, he’s a complete & total rock🌟star plumber!!

Had a bit of an emergency on a Saturday afternoon with a sewer backing up. After some confusion, they were able to come out and get it taken care of that evening. They were extremely professional and even handled a small problem that arose with elegance. Great business!

Called about having our water heater checked which they installed for previous owner 10 years ago, and in their files. Instead of saying over the phone it’s at end of life your best option is to get a new one, they scheduled a tech to come out, who confirmed the age, said there isn’t really any diagnostic to run on it, just replace it here are some options. So we’re paying $50 for a sales pitch? That could’ve been over the phone. Tech visit was totally unnecessary, just a sad money grab.

The service arrived two hours after the service window given. Did not receive a call, had to call the office to make sure they were still coming. The two young servicemen arrived and probably ask to see the manual on the water boss softener. After about 20Minutes of diagnosing, they determined that they could not fix it. They suggested they could do more troubleshooting but it would cost over $200 with no guarantee. They did not even have a Phillips screwdriver with him.

Floor drain was backed up. I called at 7:30 am; they fit me in by noon and called 15 minutes ahead so I could stay at work longer. They walked through everything on site and gave me an estimate, and after they finished cabling out my sewer line (multiple times) we watched the video of the final result and saw all the underlying problems (old cast iron and clay had tree roots at joints). They explained in as much detail as I wanted, and they even pointed out some other things to keep an eye out for in my house that may pose problems in the future. ~$500 for cabling main line with trio charge included; exactly what they estimated and no hidden charges. They aren’t the cheapest in town, but wow do they make up for it with excellent customer service, top-notch quality of work, and incredibly fast turnaround. I trust them to do the job right every time, whatever that job may be.

Had a new furnace installed. They were out the same day, Jon explained my options and pricing. Justin & Tony did the install promptly, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. Will definitely use John Henry's again.

Had to call John Henry’s for after hours service when our heat went out. Kaleb was super nice and got it running overnight. We ended up needing a new furnace. Simon and Kaleb are Very professional and responsive.
