I highly recommend working with Clayton Shay. He is very knowledgeable and personable!! The car i wanted sold and Clayton helped me find a car very similar with even less miles than the one i wanted. I was very pleased with my visit and will buy another car from Woodhouse in the future!

Conveniently located right off the freeway, Woodhouse Nissan is a great place. The service department is staffed all week long, Saturday's included, which is super handy. I've used the service department for a couple oil changes and had a great experience. As soon as you walk in, it seems like everyone is happy to see you and glad you stopped by. They washed AND vacuumed my car, something I wasn't expecting. There's a coffee machine with all sorts of options, espresso and lattes included, which is awesome for us non-morning people. They also have a nice display that shows accessories that you can add to your vehicle. I haven't bought a vehicle here yet, but you can bet I'll give them a chance when it comes time.

Go to Ryan !! Ryan made the car buying process super easy! We came in and ordered our 2022 Pathfinder. He was able to work with us and figure out everything we wanted and made it happen. He was easy to keep in contact with during the wait and was honest about arrival times. He also got us a fair price on our trade in. When our car came in, he made sure everything was in perfect shape. He set up our radio stations, got our Bluetooth connected and made sure we were able to get our car seat installed since we brought our 3 month old with us. We loved buying from Woodhouse Nissan!

Evan, Josh, and Tim were diligent in finding out the issue with my new vehicle. Evan friendly and professional and treated my concerns as if it were his concerns too. Evan provided me with a rental car and a complimentary car wash, the mechanics did a great job at fixing my car and returning it at the time they specified. Evan and the entire team, including the mechanics, had good attitudes even though they were swamped with work. This is the best team of professional that I’ve met in a service shop! Thank you!

My experience wasn’t actually in this place of business, but with two employees from here. I was getting my car washed down the street a few days ago and had locked my keys AND phone inside while cleaning the interior. A man named Clayton happened to be cleaning his car beside mine & saw what happened. Without hesitation he called his friend to ask him to come and help me open my car. His name was Matthew. These gentlemen were so helpful, genuine, respectful and I am so grateful!! They didn’t need to do that but did so out of pure kindness. Based on this experience with these two employees, I can imagine how wonderful the rest of the staff must be. Thank you!

My wife and I had a great experience buying our new car at this dealership. Allan Herrera was the person who helped us in the process and he made it very easy and fast. He was super helpful when it came to knowing what we needed. He gave us his honest opinion about the vehicles he showed us which ultimately helped us made our choice. Brought my frontier in for a repair,John Seffron kept me informed on the progress of the repair and kept me in the budget quoted,my only issue is how much of a price difference on factory parts from different dealers(Nissan of Bellevue wasn’t included in this),otherwise thumbs up(so far)
