Immediate attention when I got there. Complete information about what would happen. A text message from the Service Representative right after I went to the waiting area in case I had any questions. Informed of dirty air filter at checkout, but no pressure to do it that day - then, when I wanted them to go ahead and replace it, it was done in less than five minutes! Super professional and friendly service.

Recently leased a new Nissan Frontier from Woodhouse. This is not my first vehicle from them its actually my 8th. Devin and Holli worked hard to get me the accessories that I need to take my future Eagle scout on camping trips!

The Advisor was professional and courteous, which increased my confidence. When he told me the ride driver would be around within 30 minutes and the service might take 1.5 hours, I was convinced that waiting was a better option. It took about 2 hours, but the wait was extremely pleasant because the environment is almost luxurious with amenities. Also, when the dashboard light was flashing tire pressure warnings, he took it right back in, asked for more time and fixed it very quickly. It was a great first time experience!

We had to buy a car in October when my SUV of 10 years finally needed more work than it was worth. We chose to make a stop at Woodhouse Nissan because they had a decent amount of inventory and it was close to Papillion. I'm happy to report it was a great experience. We worked exclusively with Clayton Shay. Here are our reasons why we will be back to work with him again. Clayton was not pushy and listen to what we were looking for. He made the process very relaxing. Clayton's was very quick to respond when we had questions. This allowed us to do 90% of the sales process from home fitting it it to our busy schedule. The part I was most impressed with was the after sales follow up. We needed a part for the cargo bay that took a week to source and ship to us. Clayton followed through with his promise ensuring we were taken care of even after the sale was final. He was very professional and got a good deal for us, he also contacted us around 6 month after our purchase to give us an accessory that the previous owner of our vehicle found in his house.
