Mid July I had ordered an alternator and was told it would arrive on time within a couple of weeks. I called and left a voicemail to the Woodhouse Nissan of Bellevue three times (late July and throughout the month of August). The first time I called and confirmed the order. The second time I called I was told the part would arrive later on that week. No one called me back. The third time I left a voicemail. I had to get the alternator installed through Firestone (they ended up ordering the part from a dealership and it arrived in less than two days). Had to go through a hazzle when the dealership could've done it all along. Received a call back barely in September saying that the part was ready. Disappointed on the last service that I received from Woodhouse Nissan of Bellevue.

Paid to replace a transfer case within a year was having problems. First time back told I needed transmission fluid. I told them they just replaced the transfer case. Return several times about not switching gear told nothing was wrong. Transfer case went out again. No follow up from service department after leaving messages. This will be my last Nissan.

Drove to Bellevue from out of state, only planning to be here for 3 days when our car started running really rough. Woodhouse got us in Friday afternoon and fixed the problem. Everyone was so kind and professional. Greatly appreciate them making room to get us in. (And for vacuuming out the front seats that were a mess from the road trip!) Thank you!
