I sent my car, after an accident, to Shadow Lake Collision. My car was a total loss, but my experience here was top notch. From Makenzie's first greeting, I was treated with quick service, and kindness. They agreed to look at my car for a first estimate and kept it in a gated, secured area. Once it was determined a total loss, the insurance wanted me to empty my car immediately, and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get there before the tow truck. Makenzie assured me she wouldn't authorize the transfer until I had gotten my things out of my car. I was so relieved. When I arrived, Fernando and another man helped me with license plates and other items on my car I needed to remove. The customer service here is phenomenal. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Shadow Lake Collision to anyone looking for a shop this is truly the best customer service experience I have encountered. I took my car in for hail damage (i don’t even live in the state, we were visiting family at the time). They managed to help me with my insurance which was being a pain and this was already super stressful for me. My car looks like nothing happened they did such a good job with every detail on my car!
