This is the only place in the Omaha area I trust to fix my vehicle. They have repaired a number of vehicles for me over the years and every time they have done an excellent job. My 10 year old car now looks brand new and was finished 2 days earlier than originally expected

Shadow Lake Collision did a fabulous repair job on my car after an accident! They were very easy to work with and they kept me informed throughtout the entire process.

I am embarrassed to say that this isn’t the first time I have used Shadow Lake Collision’s services, however it is a testament to the quality of service they provide that I choose them for my repair work every time. My car looks like new again and I was treated with great courtesy. They clearly appreciates my business and take their customer service seriously. I want to note that I use my car for work and down time without a car can be detrimental. Shadow Lake gives you a time that the work will be completed and dang if they don’t do all that they can to meet that timeframe. That is the service I value the most about Shadow Lake’s team. Give them your work, you won’t be disappointed.

Had an insurance claim and they were listed as a viable Body Shop to use and since they are located close to my house I choose them. Wow! The reviews I read before hand all said great things. And, every review was accurate. This is as nice of a Body Shop that I've ever seen. Very professional and very accurate in what they need to do to the vehicle. Whether you have used several Body Shops in the past or you've used none, Body Shops always have a reputation in the car/truck world. Good or Bad. This place does excellent work. And, they stand behind their work for as long as you own the vehicle. Just a great place!

Outstanding to deal with! We had one of our service vans that needed repaired after a snow induced accident. The team at Shadow Lake got it in right away. They took care of all aspects of the repair and did a great job keeping me informed on the progress. They also coordinated two extra repairs for me at a fair price. I had to get my car repaired after someone rear-ended me. Shadow Lake Collision Center made it such an easy experience for me. They sorted out all of the details with my insurance, helped out with a rental company, and maintained communication while they fixed my car. When I got my car back, it was perfectly fixed—like new! They even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car and made it smell really nice. I was so impressed with the quality of work and the customer service.

I've now had Shadow Lake Collision work on my vehicle twice (first time was hail damage and second time was replacement of some body panels and components). Both experiences were incredibly smooth and painless for me. From the initial estimate of work, through the insurance claim process, up to the day I picked it up, they handled everything professionally. I received periodic e-mail notifications and phone calls to keep me current on the progress, and they handed the keys back to me with my vehicle looking as good as it did the day I bought it. I can't say enough great things about this company or the people who work there. Extremely friendly and courteous staff of folks who are really great at their respective roles. Thank you!

I have used Shadow Lake Collision a couple of times now, and they are the only place I will be using in the future. They do great work and even buffed some non-related scratches out for no charge. They deal with insurance and make it an easy hassle free process to get your vehicle repaired. I can’t say enough good things about them.
