Had a mild fender bender in my work parking lot. Took my vehicle to the folks and had the repairs done quickly and professionally. Vehicle repairs were completed early so I got my vehicle back two days earlier than expected and in outstanding condition - car was expertly detailed inside and out! Would definitely recommend this business for all your collision repair needs!

From start to finish, Shadow Lake Collision Center was awesome to work with. Walked in and was able to get an estimate almost immediately and the ladies up at the front were always super nice and helpful any time I had to come in. My estimator John helped me communicate with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs and made the whole process easier for me to navigate. Repairs were done super quick and when I came to pick up my car John personally came out and walked around the vehicle with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work done. My car looked better than when I bought it!!! Not only did they fix what I initially came for but took the time to touch up some paint spots and clean up some smaller imperfections that I hadn't taken the time to fix. Also a bonus was that my car was spotless inside and out and they left me the little paint bottle for touch ups! I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone and will gladly come back to them for any work needed in the future. After a car accident Shadow Lake exceeded my expectations in how they treated me and finished my car. Not only were they completed with the repairs a week early, but they got all the parts from Subaru instead of using generic parts. I got my car back completely cleaned on the inside which was great and not expected at all! They also touched up a door dent that I had prior and they gave us the extra touch up paint. They continued to update us via email on the status of the updates and called often. I was blown away at their customer service and how well they treated my vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

Shadow Lake did great work on my car. I used them to fix botched repairs done by another shop in Omaha, and Shadow Lake's work made my car look like new. I should have used Shadow Lake from the beginning and will be doing so for all car repairs in the future. Make this the first place you go so you don't need to find a second.

Hopefully they will get 5 star's when I pick up my car on the 27th picked up and they did a great job would recommend them 2 anyone looking 2 have work done on there automobile

Absolutely great service! The staff is excellent and so friendly! They were great on keeping updated on the progress of repair. They did a superb job!

Called in for a windshield chip repair. They were able to get me in the next day at 10 am. They were finished by 1030 and told me no charge, just to keep them in mind for future work and I will be doing absolutely that. Love to see that kind of business motto. I will definitely consider them for future needs.
