Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and knowledgable. Chris was very thorough and informative in explaining what had to be done to fix my vehicle. Olivia was very sweet and made my experience a pleasant one. I will recommend Offutt Collision to everyone, it truly was a seamless process with them.

Offutt Collision Repair was great!! I was nervous at first but they took really good care of me and my car. Diego did an awesome job getting my information from the insurer so the repairs could be started and Tiffany did an awesome job keeping in touch with me during the repair process up until it was time for me to come pick up. The car was beautiful when I picked it up (they repaired it specifically to factory standards) and they even cleaned it and vacuumed it for me. I will definitely recommend OCR in the future.

Took my car to Offutt Collision after a car accident that damaged my rear bumper. The estimate was fast and they sent documents over to the insurance company promptly as requested. The repair job was fantastic and vehicle is good as new. Olivia at the front desk kept me informed with the status of the car during the repair process. Customer service is excellent and maintained all COVID precautions.

First off, they took care of the car rental, insurance, and any concerns I had, and made me feel at ease with this whole process..... plus had timely updates. I must say they seem to go the extra mile here and I am very impressed with the meticulous inspection, the perfect paint blending, and the quality of workmanship. The front end of my Toyota Sienna looks like brand new, and everything under the hood was fixed perfectly. To Olivia, Diego, and the rest of your employees, Thank You!

Offutt Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. They made it look brand new without a trace of any bodywork having been done!! They were professional, warm, and friendly. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I ended up paying. Olivia kindly kept me updated with the stages and processes my vehicle was going through, and everything was done in the time frame they told me it would be. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. It was wonderful!!! I have never been to a nicer, friendlier car place of any kind. Their waiting room and atmosphere is so comfortably warm and welcoming!! It is a spot on reflection of the wonderful service they provide!! From beginning to end they were professional, kind and helpful. They handled everything with the other driver's insurance company as far as payment/rental, they did a great job on the repairs and detailed my vehicle when they were done. A gentleman walked out with me when I picked up my vehicle and explained what they did, he even offered to help with my toddler's carseat. They updated me every few days by text or phone on the status of repairs and they even finished a few days earlier than they originally said which was great!

I was involved in an accident and had taken my truck down to their location to have an estimate done on it to get my truck repaired. They came back and said my truck was totaled. And that I had a half an hour to get my personal belongings out of my own truck that still belonged to me. They even put my truck in the middle of other cars of their lot that is fenced in behind their building. Offutt collision new what they had when it came to my truck. In the diesel world we call it bulletproofing your diesel engine. And offutt collision repair new it. Thank God I had a friend who owns a towing company. I had my truck pulled out of there as soon as I. They wanted that truck and they wanted that truck bad. Today I'm still driving my truck it was never totaled. I had taken it to another shop and they fixed it with no problems. I will never take my truck or any of my vehicles to Offutt collision repair ever again.

Didn't have much to do with this building for my vehicle. After it was decided to be totaled, customer service was shabby at best. I would say they're very sufficient in what's expected of them. No going above and beyond for sure

My 2012 was in a accident and the insurance company sent my truck to Offutt collision repair facility. Outstanding job and customer service above and beyond the call of duty. Special recognition to Cody, one of the service managers. I highly recommend their company to all drivers that need bodywork done to their vehicle.

Brought my pickup in for door damage due to weather. They did an excellent job!! They stand behind there work as well!! Even cleaned and detailed my Ram! If I ever need body work again, I'll surely go back to Offutt Collision. Thank you!
