They give 5 star service, text message and phone call updates on where they are in the process of repairing your vehicle with estimated completion date. To top it all off they finished 4 days ahead of their estimate. Customer service was outstanding. I am completely satisfied with workmanship and customer service I received. Second time using OCR and very happy. They did a fabulous job on fixing my car from wreck. They also fixed a door ding. Very professional and did an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After being run into by another driver, I took the car to Offutt Collision for extensive repairs. They kept me informed of the progress via email and text. The inspection at the end of the process was very thorough. The quality of the repairs was superlative.

The roof paint job Offutt Collision did on my Honda CR-V looks good, but they did not do a very good job of cleaning up. I opened the rear door and could see many areas of plastic trim on the inside of the vehicle that were filthy. These were not there when I took the car in. Also, there was a coating of grey on the plastic panels next to the rear door gas cylinders that I had to use a special cleaner to remove the coating. This coating was not there when I took it in. I was not happy that they did not inspect this before they returned the car to me.

Offutt Collision was not only highly recommended by friends, it was also a preferred service center for both insurance companies when I was involved in an accident. They were clear, quick, and honest, very friendly, and even cleaned my vehicle before pickup. The work was impeccable!

I dropped my vehicle off here after being hit in a parking lot. They provided an estimate before I left and coordinated a rental car for me to use while it was being worked. They provided text updates as the car was being worked on. When I picked up the car, they walked me through the work they did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I really can’t recommend these folks enough. They do great work, provide great service, and deserve your business.

I don't think our experience here could have gone any better. I dropped my car off on a monday. It needed a new bumper and some underlying cosmetic repairs and replacements. My insurance covered a rental so they communicated with Enterprise and had them pick me up at the time I dropped my car off. Each day my husband and I both received calls and texts about the status of our car and how things were going. They estimated it would be done on Friday and we got a call Wednesday morning that they had already completed the repairs and it would be ready for pickup by Wednesday mid-day, AND they washed our car and detailed the inside. The staff is so friendly and the timeliness and overall experience was a definite 5 stars! Will be going back for any future car repairs needed.
