Offutt is absolutely amazing. My car door handle broke and they were incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was so nice and welcoming. I talked to Chris who gave me so much information. Then when I went to pick up my car they even washed and cleaned the interior. I was so incredibly excited with the price and their above and beyond customer service. I don’t know that I’ve ever had such great customer service. I will definitely be recommending them.

I ask you this, have you ever seen a collision shop/repair shop with almost a perfect rating (all 5s with one 4 and one 3)? That should speak for itself! Chad (owner) and his gang to a top quality job every time! Your car will come out looking better than it did BEFORE your incident! They will work with insurance company to ensure no corners are cut and the job is done right.

From start to finish, the entire staff made sure I was kept apprised of every aspect of fixing my vehicle. All involved were extremely professional and helpful. Real quality work, so much so that one wouldn't even know my vehicle was damaged to begin with.

I had my rear bumper replaced yesterday and after my 2nd visit to this business, I can say this is the best body shop in our area on many levels. Service is Excellent and the back of my 2015 car looks brand new! Now for the outstanding part: When I started my car, I noticed there was $40 cash placed in my center console because they found it in my car somewhere while doing a complete detail cleaning. Great work. Had a run in with a deer and had to have my headlight, front bumper, grill, radiator support and trans cooler replaced. They had the work done quickly and professionally. Even got my truck back 2 days earlier than planned. They even cleaned my interior. Would highly recommend.
