The guys here are always just absolutely amazing. Being a single mom of three, I can't really afford to mess around with car repairs. They are always straightforward, they explain whatever problems they see in detail, give you a decent estimate BEFORE they work on the car, and they are always more than willing to show you where the problem is. If it's something they can't fix, they have wonderful recommendations. The staff has always been open and friendly every time I go in and that continues with their patience when I need them to explain things a little more. Wonderful place.

So Hunter and his Team at this location are awesome, very professional with working my 2011 Dodge Nitro today. I brought in suspension parts and had an ABS/Traction control light on my dash (believed it was wheel speed sensor) that needed to be diagnosed and repaired. They took care of me and were just awesome! The district manager was there today and also provided assistance to me, however tried to sell me a more expensive part that I didn’t need. The Diagnostic test on my vehicle confirmed my suspicion of a bad wheel speed sensor as the cause of my issue which I know to be around a $40 part. This district manager stated I needed to buy a new Wheel Bearing Hub assembly that had the Wheel Speed Sensor on it as it was a “built in part” of the assembly. When I told him that’s incorrect and stated the sensor bolts onto/into the hub assembly he proceeded to tell me that was just the wiring from the car to the sensor as the sensor was in the hub assembly. This part was $545 plus labor. I then pulled the wheel speed sensor up online and showed him that it was the sensor and harness separately and that I would not be purchasing a $545 part, plus labor, when all I needed was this $40 part….He conceded and looked up the part in his system and came out with it at $105 plus labor for install. While I wasn’t stoked about the obvious up-charge expense of the part, I stated as long as that part can be here and fixed today to go ahead and order it. He left shortly after to head to a West Omaha location. Overall my experience with Bellevue Midas location was great. I’ve been there a few times already. Hunter and his team will take great care of you. However the experience with the district manager today was quite off putting. If I didn’t know hardly anything about cars and what I really needed…I’d have been taken advantage of. It was already going to be a $800+ Cost before military discount, but had I believed this part was needed with this managers persistence…it would have been another $440 I’d have been paying. I had the BEST service & even though they were busy, they treated us great!!!

This company been very helpful in the past to me and my family. I bought a used vehicle few weeks ago. I had them look it over with a fine tooth comb per my request. They find nothing wrong except rear brakes needed replaced. They said I had about 6 months left on them. I asked how much. The guy told me 400. So earlier this week. I called to schedule the brakes and rotor replacement for today. I asked how much. He said 375 to 400. Today I took it therefor my appointment. They ccalled me 3 hours later and said that the brakes were still good and only half way worn down. But if I still wanted them to replace it then it be 740 dollars. They said Phil miss quoted the price on both times I asked the price. Then when I went to pick it up the mechanic that did my original inspection said they never pulled tires to check the brakes that they only did a visible inspection. My weird were how is that looking it over with a fine tooth comb?I'm giving this a bad review because I feel if I take it to a mechanic I'm trusting them with everything. So they didn't really look over vehicle but charged me. Gave me a bid to replace. I took them up on that recommendation. Then to find out it cost double. And that it it didn't need to be done . So now I feel like I can't trust them to do what I ask them to do not die them to follow through with there quote. Guess taking my 5 cars else where from now one. Oh yeah they told me I misunderstood on both conversations.

I’ve been taking my cars here for around 3 years now and they have done such an excellent job. Even though I live in Papillion, it’s an easy decision to make the 20 minute drive over there. I used to always be worried about car repairs because I felt like I was getting taken advantage of, but I’ve never felt that here. Phil has always been very honest with what does and does not need to be repaired. They service the cars in a timely manner and are very fair in their pricing. I’d highly recommend!

I’ve been taking my cars to this particular Midas for 15 years. They’re always professional and trustworthy.

They really go the extra mile to figure out the problem of your car or truck. Gave me a good deal on truck tires and even worked on them short notice when there was a problem with them maintaining air.

Great personality they went above and beyond for me today even in the snow! And I'm so thankful

Alfonso helped me decide which repairs needed to be done immediately and which ones I could do at a later date. I really appreciated that!
