Had a great experience this morning at this location. I stopped in because my car had been rattling. We are actually ready to trade it in anyway so I told them I just wanted someone to take a quick look. That's exactly what they did. The looked at it right away and explained exactly what was causing it. He was extremely courteous, professional, and quick. So glad I stopped in.

Got my resonate delete and my muffler tip welded and a new muffler replacement they did wonderful Phil is awesome outstanding and I will have more done with them they did absolutely amazing with their work highly recommend to go here for many things just ask and see what they can do for you

We have been going to Midas on Ft Crook Road for years. They have always been fair and honest. Can't think of anywhere else we would go.! We took our car there again(3/2020) thinking we had a problem. As usual, they were very honest. Some other repair shop could have taken advantage of us. They didn’t. We don’t even think of going to another. 6/29/20. Went there for an oil change check up. Always do. Can’t think of a different place 8 would want to go Thank Midas for your good work and honesty

I’ve gotten a lot of stuff done here and they always get me right in and right out. Everything always gets fixed correctly the first time and I don’t have to come back for the same issue. They’re always nice and professional. They talk to me about my options and what’s going on with any concerns that I may have and I always leave happy. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Each time I visit, the service has been great. Unlike other auto shops I've been to, Midas has trustworthy service members that are not trying to squeeze money out of their customers. They also recently upgraded their waiting area with more comfortable seating. I recommend this Midas location for vehicle maintenance of all kinds.

Had some issues with my water pump, they replaced it but 2 weeks later a hose comes off and it overheats again. They said the neck of the radiator is cracked. ( Did they crack it 2 weeks ago, I don't know, maybe). Anyway I pay for them to replace the radiator and now 3 days later we notice it's leaking!!! They say they don't use refurbished parts. It's supposed to be new. We'll see what happens today when I take it in. I'm sure they'll fix it but, will it cost me?

Dropped off a tire after an accident where I went into the ditch…. Was able to drop it off and have it done within the hour. They told me what was wrong and didn’t try to upsell me. I work for a mechanic shop myself and they were the closest to home. I would use them again! Thanks

There service was great! I had an oil change and had to do a tire balance. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were still able to fit me in their busy schedule. They answered all the questions I had about my car, and I felt were very honest with me.

I have used this business for years, with multiple cars. If I were displeased, I would go elsewhere.
