Eric and derrick were awesome today. I had an issue with a tire for my trailer and these guys didn't hesitate to fix it for me. I tried to take it to Tires Plus but they told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I had to purchase a tire from them. Midas jumped right on it. Midas knows how to take care of their customers. Tires Plus could learn a thing or two from them. Thank you derrick and eric.

Hunter and Ron I think his name was, as well as the other staff members I dealt with before are always polite , respectful and extremely professional . Top notch . 5 STARR service and very helpful. Both times I received top notch five star service and I just really appreciate The way I was treated and most definitely would recommend. If they do not have the tire you need they will get it there usually within the next day and have you in an out and ready to go in no time

Got their ahead if appointment, for the 24.99 oil change and tire rotation, they also patched my tire and did a check on my fluids. Going early didn't save me any time. But they did a quick job on the rest. Did not treat me like a dumb girl, and sell me services I didn't need! I would give them and a on their report card. Thanks guys I will b back

I recently moved to Bellevue and went here for an oil change, and later to get a tire repaired. I showed up 45 minutes before they closed and fully expected to drop the tire off and pick it up the next day. However, they were able to repair it and get it put back on my truck that evening! The part of my experience that really blew me away was their dedication to customer service and their willingness to help people. While I was there, Hunter took a phone call about someone who needed a tire repair. It sounded like they had no means to put the spare on, or get the tire there. He said he would be able to send someone there to get the tire, repair it, and take it back, at no extra cost. This gesture really moved me. It's a good shop, full of good people. After two visits, they have earned my business for a life time. Thanks, Hunter, for being an outstanding guy! You seriously made my week.

I’ve used Midas in Bellevue for nearly 30 years. They always do an excellent job. Their staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Although this review was just for a recent oil change, they have done every car service for me including brakes, tires, suspension, seals, engine, a/c, electrical, batteries, and more. They are superb.

This Midas location has always been excellent for me. They're willing to tell me exactly which things need to be done and which things might be done but aren't necessary now. They also have successfully repaired things many times rather than recommending i replace them.

I went here this morning to have them give me an estimate on an old car of mine. Everyone there was so professional and so kind. They took me out to the garage floor to show me there concerns for my car. I was so impressed with there integrity and honesty. They even gave me suggestions as I am considering purchasing a new car. No matter what I need in the future I will always go here because they have a class act business and stand behind their honesty and integrity And truly explain everything to their customers. This place is amazing! I just came in...without an appointment because my car was making some crazy noises. They were super busy and I just said, "can I leave my car here?" I was fully expecting it to be there over night especially since I came without an appointment. Well, they fixed it and it was ready to go in a few hours. Plus, the bill was super reasonable and I felt like they were extremely honest ...and so helpful. Love it there; will for sure go back again!!!! ❤️
