Jayson and Alyssa did a phenomal job and my my purchase experience a wonderful one. Both were increbily helpful and answered all questions I had, as well as covered much needed information. They're both extremely friendly and a joy to do business with!!

I was passing through Nebraska on my way to California when my check engine light came on and my cruise control stopped working. I located Beardmore and arrived at the service department about an hour before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. Just to find a service department open on Saturday afternoon was a pleasant surprise. I spoke with Alesha Navarrette, who did her best to help me in the time she had available. She identified the check engine code, although it was too late in the day to have anyone work on the car. Alesha double-checked with the mechanic that my car was safe to drive. The dealership offers snacks to customers who are waiting for repairs to be completed. I was not waiting for a repair, nevertheless Alesha invited me to grab a snack for the road because she knew I had a long drive ahead of me to reach the next hotel on my itinerary. I found her very kind and helpful.

Hands down the best customer service! GM Doug Christensen and Service Manager Darrell Rutherford made accommodations to get my car in for service when I was unable to get to Bellevue. Definitely gives me a reason to continue to service my car with them and purchase another Subaru with Beardmore. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was Working with Jerry and was ready to drop over $37000 on a Subaru Outback. Asked for the manager (I think his name was Dave) to come and speak to me about the processing fee. Jerry asked him 4 times to come and speak with me, but he refused. What kind of manager refuses to speak to customers? How unprofessional and completely arrogant! Why would I give my money to a company that allows a manager to act this way? No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere

I have had good experience with Beardmore. I recently had an appointment for 10:00AM for an oil change and tire rotation. At 11:30 I was told one of the tires was damaged and needed replaced which I appreciated. My only dissatisfaction was that overall the service was not completed until 1:00 PM.

Recently bought a Subaru from Beardmore. Caden was our salesman and he was absolutely awesome. Doesn’t always have all the answers but definitely takes notes and returns with them promptly. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever made. Give Caden a shout if you want a GREAT salesman!

I messed up on my part and left a bad review. I had a great experience throughout the process of purchase. The staff is friendly, and the Service Department is great. They bent over backwards for me. I also appreciate the owners of the Dealer reaching out to me for my initially poor review. They got me linked with a Mr. Fasbender, whom researched my concern thinking I was overcharged. He quickly reached back to me and explained everything to me. A real pleasant, and patient dealership. First time Subaru owners. I missed many opportunities to own my dream Subaru Baja when I was stationed in Washington. I regret I thought back then I'd have many more opportunities in the future) Basically, if you never tried a Subaru...go here and check them out. They also don't use cheapo plastics or other materials. Gives it a luxury interior I did not expect. Super dealership!

Excellent service from end to end. My salesman, Rick, knew his stuff and had the answers to my questions as his fingertips. When my CrossTrek Limited delivered, the car was spotless and the closing paperwork was fast and easy. I definitely recommend Beardmore and will use them for future car purchases.

I don't spend an excessive amount of time looking for small defects when I go looking for newer vehicles. After buying, I noticed within the first 24 hours some spots where paint had chipped (pictures) and attempted to contact Beardmore to find a win-win resolution from what I had hoped would be a reputable company. My first returned call after my prior voice-mails and messages with Receptionists was from their in-house All-State Insurance rep trying to sell me insurance packages. After I left another message, I finally got a returned call from Tom. I asked for Beardmore to do paint touch-ups, his response was that I was asking him for a blank check and I was responsible for all due diligence. I didn't argue the fact about due diligence but I'm surprised that major brands like GM and Subaru would allow Beardmore to put out a vehicle with what should be easily fixable issues out on the lot for sale without fixing them first. Be very mindful when considering buying a used vehicle from Beardmore!

I have purchased two vehicles for myself. I started with a 2017 legacy and just recently traded in for a 2019 forester. With both cars I feel like I got a great deal on. I wasn’t pressured into buying anything and the salesman worked with me on what I was looking for and could afford. Although after driving any given Subaru there it’s hard not to want to buy one. The service department however is top notch, it’s the only place I will go to get work done on my cars. I always feel leaving there that my car was looked at and cared for with sincere precision. Tristan is always the guy I’m looking for when I go in to the service department. He has been there since I bought my first car 5 years ago. He has taken care of me through every maintenance being a gentleman. I never feel like I got a bad deal and I always leave happy with the way my car drives. I’m glad to have this location with its employees close to home. I would recommend anyone and everyone to going here.
