Beardmore Subaru

I was intimidated by the process as this is my first new vehicle since 2000. Beardmore Subaru made the process easy, comfortable and respectful. My questions were answered completely and everything was explained. We encountered no surprises or hidden fees. The staff is amazing. The post-purchase follow-up information and training was very worthwhile. I highly recommend the Beardmore dealerships.

Great car shopping experience. Jason was super transparent and understanding throughout the entire process. He really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made it happen. We also worked with Sergio and he helped immensely and made me feel like I was making the right decision. They even stayed over an hour after close just to get everything finalized. Jayson Neeley helped us find the perfect car for our family. Very energetic and enthusiastic and ready to help!!! Very knowledgeable on the vehicles he is selling and always seemed ready for the next questions. This was my first time buying a car and it was a very good experience.

I bought a brand new Subaru from them in January of 2019, and paid extra for the maintenance package that included oil changes for 3 years or 30k miles. I specifically asked when purchasing this extra feature if the package would transfer to another Subaru dealership if I moved to another city or state, and was assured it would. After moving to a new city, I found out from my new Subaru dealership that the package did not, in fact, transfer, and would only be honored at the original place of purchase (which is now 3 states away from me). Pairing this irritating waste of money with unprofessional sales people and a ridiculously high markup, I do not recommend Beardmore whatsoever. EDITED TO ADD: After posting this review, the manager of Beardmore (Louis I believe) reached out to me to inquire about the other Subaru dealership. After conferring with them, both dealerships came to an agreement that my maintenance package should have been honored at the newest-to-me location. I was then refunded the fee I was charged 7 months ago. I am thankful that Beardmore did the right thing by going out of their way to provide assistance to a now former client that moved out of state.

Overall extremely pleased with my Beardmore experience. Garrett was our sales associate and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my wife and I. I did not feel pressured by the sales staff, and when I decided to purchase, the process was relatively quick and hassle free. The trade in process was straight forward which has not been my experience at other dealerships. Brandon was our love encore specialist, and he did a fantastic job of explaining features of our Outback. With my past two vehicle purchases (not Subaru) I felt some buyers remorse the day after, but with my Subaru experience I have had no regrets.

We had an excellent experience at Beardmore with Todd Beardmore. We have been working with him for the last 4 years and he stuck with us the whole time. They are such a classy organization, I would encourage everyone to talk with them. Our Subaru Forrester is wonderful.

The people were great. Knowledgeable and nice. I never felt like a bother. I highly recommend this dealership.

Oil change went fine. Finding out my car charger was damaged and not being told was disappointing. Accidents happen but not owning up to it shows a lack of integrity.

If you are buying a  car and you don't go to a Beardmore dealership, you are making a big mistake!  I have been buying cars for more decades than I want to admit.  The amount of pain involved in each purchase has ranged from about 5 all the way up to 9.99999 on a 10 point scale.  If I had ever been given an option: "You can either: a)  get a root canal without novocaine and buy the car you want hassle free without being lied to and manipulated OR b)  you can go through our "sales process" and not have to do a root canal", I would have chosen the root canal every time.  HOWEVER, that was before I got to Beardmore.  At Beardmore, NO HASSLES!  NO LIES!  NO UPSELLING!  In other words, no "product of bulls that is often used as fertilizer".  And when I say "NO", I mean "NO", nada, zero.  All the way through the process of buying our new Subaru Forester at Beardmore Subaru Bellvue, from beginning to end, I was waiting for the other shoe to drop.  Nope!  Never dropped!  I could scarcely believe it!  David Schuck (sales)and Jordan Tiller (finance) were both outstanding professionals.  Patient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST ( we are talking about the car business here and honesty is not one of the first words that normally spring into one's mind, hence the all caps).  You owe it to yourself to at least go and take a look at a car at Beardmore if for no other reason than to experience one of the miracles of the world; a customer-focused, honest and above-board car dealership.  Will wonders never cease!

We never did purchase a vehicle from there but their internet staff (Jerry) was very helpful and friendly! Also, their online tool gave us the highest trade in value compared to other "greedy" dealerships. Highly recommend!
