Beardmore Subaru

LOVE IT! Any time i have an issue it gets resolved quickly and with a friendly smile! My outback is amazing! More than that the saes people are not pushy and they seem to have your best interest in mind! Love it!!!!!

This is Subaru #3 for me. I received a better than expected trade in on our 2018 Forester when we purchased our 2022 Outback. The sales person we worked with was knowledgeable and patient. I especially like being contacted a month later, asking if I have any questions regarding my new Outback. I greatly appreciate this.

This was my first time coming to Beardmore. Scheduled an appointment on Friday, got in Monday morning. They got my recall fixed and provided me with a useful inspection form in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend coming to Beardmore for your Subaru needs.

Beardmore did a great job with our first Subaru. After the initial test drive and experience they unfortunately did not have any of the vehicles I wanted in stock. However, our salesperson Rick kept me in the loop until the vehicle finally arrived 6 weeks later. My trade in was valued fairly and the overall purchase process was made simple. I also really liked that there was nothing that was pushed on me as one so often hears about these things when purchasing a vehicle. I am very happy with my vehicle and look forward to working with Beardmore again in the future.

Leased my new Outback right at the end of the year. Had Alex not gotten the price down into a range I could afford, it would not have happened. I know that "let me talk to my boss" is a common ruse in selling cars, but with Alex, I didn't feel anything other than a genuine desire to help. Indeed, though we spent most of our time with Alex and cannot say enough good things about him, EVERYONE that we talked with at Beardmore was eager to help! I would recommend that anyone interested in a new car check these folk out first.

40k miles on WRX and engine blown. Subaru doesn’t honor warranty. Class action lawsuits for blown engines on 2013-2018 but still trains their employees to say you didn’t maintain oil. United States military girl first car and SCRWED BY SOA! Buyer beware. Beardmore told her it would cost her 18000 out of pocket and take 9 weeks to diagnose

Traded my vehicle in, and felt like the price for what I bought was decent. The pricing for my trade in was insulting though. Didn't want to work with me for the 3 hours we negotiated. I just wish I went somewhere else to get a good price to check against them. Also, their car cleaners did a horrible job on detailing the interior of the vehicle. Found crumbs all over the seats and gunk on the flooring. I hate leaving feeling like I was taken advantage of. Make sure to get a second or third opinion before checking out these guys.

Purchased my 2014 Forester from Beardmore. They are always helpful and great to me and my family. Brother just pre-ordered a new outback wilderness and that was even a wonderful experience!

Purchased a vehicle in June. Received excellent service from Jayson and the staff. Negotiations occurred over the phone and e-mail. Once I arrived it was seemless. Vehicle was ready. My trade was evaluated since it was the first time they saw it. When purchasing from Beardmore they offer you an additional one year warranty on wheels, windshield, door dings etc. Two months later on a road trip my windshield cracked due to a rock chip. I thought that it was going to be hard to use this warranty they provided. One phone call and email with 3 pictures my replacement was approved. Not only was the buying experience excellent and this additional warranty at no cost will have me driving 3 hours again for our next Subaru.

Jayson is your guy for getting car!!!! He made this experience soo soo amazing and he was so much fun. He wasn’t a car shark like the rest of the companies out there. He was very nice and polite and helped us out soo sooo much. A huge shout out to jayson and how awesome and amazing he is. You are the best and have received a loyal customer. I will be back to get my next car whenever that may be!
