Wasted my time, and unfortunately my time is worth more then money. Only took several minutes to realize Cristin didn't value my business. 2022, and still thinking people are Laydowns. Hilarious. Woodhouse sends their regards. Thanks,

Best experience I have had at a car dealership EVER! Brianna, my salesperson was the absolute best! So was the manager. Gave me what I wanted for my trade and I didn't have to haggle with them for hours (like you usually do!) The incentives and extras were surprising for my Palisade and I felt that the extended warranty was even reasonably priced. I went home feeling like I had just met my long lost family and I've never felt so good leaving a dealership, actually smiling instead of feeling taken advantage of. Beardmore Hyunda has got it going on!

I debated between Hyundai (would be my 3rd), Kia, and Toyota (would also be my 3rd). I spoke with sales staff at Baxter La Vista Toyota, Baxter Lincoln Toyota, Woodhouse Hyundai (2 reps), H&H Kia (3 reps), and even drove to a Toyota dealership in Des Moines over the past several months. It was our first time at Beardmore and what a breath of fresh air! Our sales rep was Phil but we also worked with Thane (I believe one of the sales managers) and Jordan in Finance. While other dealerships are adding a $3k+ "market adjustment" (sometimes not even adding it to the website's car listings which I find very sketchy) and/or forcing you to purchase paint protection packages....Beardmore is not. They gave me a printed offer on my trade which happened to be just a bit over what we wanted. 2 of the other dealerships that I had evaluate my trade gave me low ball offers and both of them had the market adjustments on the new vehicle and thus ample room to provide a fair offer on the trade. I also liked they provide the "Beardmore Advantage" for the first year. There was just pro after pro of working with them and con after con with all the others. The experience being so different and so positive at Beardmore Hyundai actually helped settle the debate on which vehicle (Telluride, Palisade, or Highlander)! Woodhouse Hyundai's rep even went so far as to bad mouth Beardmore Hyundai when he found out I was going to purchase from Beardmore instead... even though it meant waiting a while for the vehicle vs. buying the one they had on the lot. Even after seeing screenshots of the text messages for themselves they didn't say anything derogatory about Woodhouse! Just that it was such a shame to see. What class acts and I just can't recommend them highly enough!

I wouldn't buy from them. I was sold a lemon 2022 Ionqi in October 2021 and they can care less because they got the sale. I understand not all cars are lemons, but honestly, you can't trust dealerships that won't make things right. Who knows, you just might get the next lemon from there.

Marcos was upfront and honest. I felt I could trust him and he wasn't giving me the runaround. I had gone to other dealerships and it was completely ridiculous. One guy left to give me pricing and never came back.... It was quite refreshing to be dealt with as an intelligent human being

This review is for Thane a sales manager. To start off he contacted me about the wrong car. He was very condescending and rude throughout our conversation. He had all my information wrong such as how long I had the vehicle and where I leased my vehicle from. I told him it was leased through US Bank and Thane told me I can't sell a leased car. I told him that's not true as I have I spoken with us bank and other dealerships and it was never a problem. Thane began to chastise me about how he's been in the "game" along time. I contacted US Bank again and confirmed that my lease couls be bought out by a dealership or third party. I told this to Thane and suggested he get more training since he's a sales manager and should know this. He told me he's been doing this for 16 year blah blah. Just cause you do something for awhile doesn't mean your any good at it. Beardmore will never get my business and I will never recommend them until Thane is gone.

Everyone was honest, knowledgeable and worked as a team. Brittany and everyone at Beardmore Hyundai made buying our new Santa Fe a great experience. Unlike other dealers they are not charging over MSRP in these already difficult times. We look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

From the salesman Philip Garcia, to finance Alyssa, to manager Thane is was amazing. For the first time buying a new car I was very nervous and untrusting. Philip put my worries to ease and answered all my questions. If he couldn't Thane was there with the answers. Alyssa explained all the financing with complete detail. Being a single woman a lot of people with try to take advantage of you and I never felt that way with this wonderful bunch of people, I will be telling everyone I know how pleased I was and to call Beardmore first!

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel compelled to review Beardmore Hyundai because of the outstanding service I received today. I brought my vehicle in for service and was treated with the kind of respect that every company should strive for. Tom (service advisor), was extremely helpful and answered every question regarding the issues we had with our vehicle. I brought my vehicle in to this facility when it was Todd Archer and I promised myself I that would never go back. Now that Beardmore took over, I'm glad I gave this location another chance. If I ever need service work, I will not hesitate to get it done here. Keep up the good work. Tom is an asset to your company and needs to be recognized for his great customer service.

This place has some of the best prices in a wide radius. My salesmen Phillip G was amazing and answered any and all questions I had. Teddy T did my financing, and he was awesome to deal with as well. They got me in a beautiful 16 sonota and im loving it. There was a mix up with my title and when it was brought to their attention they worked quickly to get it fixed and overnight it to me. They're extremely helpful and I will definitely consider buying my next vehicle from them.
