A horrible place to take your car to be fixed after they didn't fix it right the 1st time. This place doesn't put the customer 1st , even after they made a mistake.

No pressure sales. Told what I wanted and got it. Asked for the cheapest car and was never up sold. Felt appreciated. Cristin brought me water and a donut.

I was greeted when I came in the door, even though it looked liked everyone was busy! Byren came to the lounge where I was waiting, introduced himself and was extremely helpful - made sure all my questions about the Kia were answered. Amanda in Finance explained the process, made suggestions about the best options for me based on my credit and driving history. All in all, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Beardmore to my friends!

Brianna ROCKS! And so does the dealership. Four letters: MSRP. No sales pressure, no dealer add-ons. Yes you are offered the typical extended warranty but a simple no thanks, a few signatures, and the car was mine. The whole buying process only took about an hour and a half start to finish. Thank you Brianna and Beardmore for hooking me up with the Ioniq 5 - just an incredible car. :)

We gave a deposit for a new car and agreed to the rate. When the car came in they raised the monthly payment. We took our business to another dealer that is more honest and trustworthy. Nearly doubling the down payment and raising the monthly payment by $17 was ridiculous. It’s unfortunate that Beardmore has a finance team that impacts the company reputation like this. We were able to go to another dealer and buy a model newer with less down and less per month.

Incredible buying experience. My sales-gal, Brittany, was amazing! Teddy, my finance guy, was great! I never felt pressured or deceived. They were very real and very honest through the whole thing. I would 100% buy another car from these folks.
