When I initially inquired about the vehicle I was interested in, I promptly received a reply from the sales manager and the sales person I worked with through the remainder of my experience. All my future communication was always received a prompt reply and it was evident by actions and attitude that my questions and concerns were very important to everyone involved. The vehicle purchase process was thoroughly executed. My Sales Person spent all the time I needed to familiarize me with the vehicle. The Sales Manager and the Finance Manager also were very congratulatory and eager to assure my satisfaction. I was impressed by Beardmore's policy of not adding a "Market Adjustment" charge to the MSRP. Many other auto dealers are doing this. Also, when I committed to the purchase of the vehicle before it was actually delivered, I was assured it wouldn't be sold to another buyer. The first year vehicle care coverage indicates to me how much Beardmore values their customer relationships.

Went looking for new vehicle and stopped in at Beardmore Hyundai, salesperson was very professional, answered all my questions and offered suggestions, options, showed me several vehicles on the lot and help me decide on the perfect one for me. They had a vehicle in transit and kept me up to date on the status. Once it arrived, they let me know and set up a time for us to pick it up. Very positive experience, professional sales staff fair pricing and they do not add a Market Adjustment like other dealers in the area. We had the best experience with Beardmore. We leased from another dealer in the past but this time went with Beardmore. Boy do I wish we had gone sooner. I was pleasantly surprised there was no mark up that other dealers are doing. They had exactly what we wanted on the lot, and Bri was awesome to work with. She answered every question we had, and even followed up with me a few days later to ensure I had no questions. I can see why Beardmore has been in business as long as they have. The entire process was very quick and painless. We will definitely be coming back.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Tiyler was the salesman who helped me with the car I wanted, when it came time to discuss numbers he helped me to understand my trade in value, although I had done my own research, they gave me exactly what I wanted to for my car. Alyssa helped with the actual financing side of things and got me an AMAZING extended warranty on my used car. She presented the others, worked within my budget, and helped me walk out of there feeling happy with my purchase. These two really did a top notch job, they stayed late and went beyond what I would expect to make me happy. And I love my car!

Absolutely love Beardmore Hyundai and Brittany. We were in the market for a Tucson Hybrid a few months ago and Brittany from Beardmore was the only person that reached out to us out of 6-7 dealers that we called. Brittany informed us that Beardmore does not charge over MSRP, which is a great plus since the closest dealer to us charges a couple thousands more. While waiting for the car to arrive, Brittany was very helpful and kept us updated on the status of the car regularly. Once the car arrived, we made the 2-hour trip from Des Moines to Bellevue for a test drive and instantly fell in love with it. The drive was totally worth it as our car buying experience couldn't be better. Brittany was so personable and made us feel like we were buying a car from a friend, not a dealer. She answered all the questions we had with great knowledge, and if there was something she wasn't sure about she would check on it right away. There were no pressure or selling tactics whatsoever to get us to buy additional add-ons/warranty/packages. She even gave us the "Beardmore Ownership Experience" package at no cost, which would cover windshield/tire/ding repairs for the first year. The next day, Brittany called to check up on us and answered additional questions that we had. Overall, the experience exceeds our expectations and we would definitely consider buying a car from Beardmore again.

Excellent buying experience. They had the base model Santa Cruz in stock at a great price, we completed most of the paperwork on the internet,and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour!

We decided to give this dealership a try again after two years later the “Hyundai dealership in Bellevue” because my steering column sensor light was on. After the initial service was complete three days later, my check engine light comes on while I was driving the car. That was a little suspicious, I now questioned the integrity of the technicians at the dealership. My car had just left Hyundai Bellevue dealership three days prior assuming they properly fixed the issue and I wouldn’t need to come back for any more services soon. The light never came off, so I took my Hyundai in for service again at the shop in Bellevue and was told by Bishop the Service Advisor that the service and parts would be covered by my Ext Warranty with an deductible of only $100. After my car sat in the shop a while the part was on ordered for several days. I received a phone call back from Bishop stating that it was not covered under the warranty that he claims he already checked. I was informed that I would need to cover the full bill which was around $600.00. By no means, am I upset about the price, It’s the fact of Bishop having claimed that this was verified already. To my understanding service advisors and technicians are supposed to be expertise in their field, so they should know if something is not covered under powertrain warranty. Especially when I was called and told that it would be covered and they verified it. I furthermore I did my own homework and called my extended warranty and was told that they had no record of Bishop calling and verifying anything. Let me stay at it again I was told by Bishop that my warranty cover the service. Prior to that two years ago I took my car in for a simple oil change and there was a piece unplugged. The only reason why I found out about it is because I took my car to fire stone for an alignment and the technician asked who service my car last. I let them know that it was Hyundai in Bellevue and was told that they forgot to plug a component back up. I called them and reported it and sent them a picture and they offered me a free oil change. I furthermore spoke to the Service Manager, Kevin and was told I can come pick my car. What kind of customer service is this when they made a mistake? Nothing was done but I will be reaching out to Kevin’s manager. The point is be careful with this dealerships & technicians they can unplug something so simple under your car hood and cost you a lot of money! I will not be going back to Hyundai in Bellevue, it will be worth the drive to go to the one in Omaha! I will be reaching out for further assistance and calling their corporate office.
