Not even sure where to begin to explain just how impressed I was by Nick, John and Don and the job they did for us today. They hauled out and replaced the entire HVAC system that has been in my home since before we bought the house well over 30 years ago. They went above and beyond all expectations I had for this project. I would and will highly recommend Apollo heating and air to everyone I can. I will also happily be showing off my new system to every chance I get. Apollo made this entire experience a real pleasure. Thank you so much for everything !

It was -45 with the windchill and our heat wasn’t working. We have a new baby and I was so nervous we wouldn’t find a company who could come fix it the same day. Thankfully once we told them what was happening Taylor was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He and Chase were friendly and honest about what was going on. He explained everything so it made sense and respectfully. They had it working before they left, and returned with a new part for the furnace quickly. They also informed me on some products and services that would help our air flow. I can’t say thank you enough, especially since it’s the holidays and we did not have to be such a priority. We will definitely be using Apollo again. Thanks for keeping my baby and I warm!

Taylor was wonderful! He was very kind and professional! I wanted to learn so he took the time to explain each step and how he diagnosed the issue. Professional experience from start to finish! Appointment scheduling was simple, the office updated me the day prior to service and gave me a 30 minute ahead call that technician was on his way! When Grant (technician) arrived, he introduced himself, confirmed the service request, and explained what he was going to do. Grant was very professional, explained in detail issues identified, offered solutions and answered any questions I had. Wow, Grant is an outstanding person, very knowledgeable and it seems his most important goal is the Satisfy the Customer, and he did.

Grant was great and very professional. He explained my options for repair or complete replacement without trying to up sale me a whole new unit. And he took time to review my nest thermostat and give me some very useful recommendations. The office staff were also very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend calling Apollo Heating and AC.

Speedy, service the same day I contacted Apollo. Scheduler was pleasant to talk with. 30 minute heads up before the tech arrived was appreciated. The tech Taylor N. Arrived and got to work, he was pleasant to speak with, seems very knowledgeable, thorough, and completed the tasks reasonably quickly. Didn't sell me parts or service I don't need, offered a yearly maintenance plan but wasn't pushy when I declined. 100% will use Apollo again based on this interaction, it was a good first impression.

We contacted Apollo to have a whole-house humidifier installed. Taylor and Chase arrived promptly to install the humidifier. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Taylor explained everything that he was doing and they did an outstanding job. They also did an amazing job on providing a yearly service of cleaning and checking out our furnace and AC unit for us. I would highly recommend them for any services needed. Keep up the outstanding work Taylor N. and Chase.

Where do I begin? These guys are absolutely the best! My heat went out Thursday night, Nick was at my house almost immediately and diagnosed the problem and recommended a full system replacement. Mike came out the next day and had a look and suggested a system that would fit my house and update my 52 year old furnace. ( I got the good out of it.) the crew arrived first thing Monday morning consisting of Nick, Terry, Joe and Dez and they busted their backs tearing apart the behemoth that was the old furnace and replacing it with a brand new two stage system that brought me well up to date. Listen I don’t normally brag about companies, but Apollo will have my business for a very long time. Terry, Nick, Joe and Dez were so of the hardest workers I’ve seen. They would not leave my house until the system was installed and I had heat. I look forward to working with them in the future, and I can’t wait to use my new AC system come this summer. Thank you all for all the amazing work and the extremely quick response. I’m forever greatful. Make sure you look at the pictures! These guys know how to fabricate and make some amazing duct work!

Taylor came ahead of the quoted time by a few hours. Our cooling system had not been working properly for a couple of days. I had called on Thursday they were at the house by Friday morning about 10am. He took before and after pics and explained exactly what he was doing to clean the outdoor unit. The after pic is mid way through the cleaning. After cleaning the unit he did a full diagnostic check of both the indoor and outdoor AC unit to ensure all was working properly. He was polite, professional, and educated us about maintaining our unit better. I was extraordinarily pleased with the service.
