Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning

Apollo is the only company we use for our furnace and A/C issues. They were honest about trying to keep our A/C unit running as long as possible, and then when it was time to get a new one, Dan and John showed up on time, were efficient, professional, answered all of our questions, cleaned up everywhere they went, and even let our dog "help" them and get some attention. Nice guys and great work! Thanks!

Two technicians (Taylor and I believe Mike) performed the work at my house. Taylor did the technical work on the unit while Mike did the administrative work on the tablet. They were both very efficient, professional, and courteous. Taylor performed the diagnostic tests and explained each step along the way. He showed great patience while answering my questions. He explained some of the common faults with furnaces and some of the elementary fixes. He was very thorough without being to technical with his explanations. Both Mike and Taylor were very conversational and were a pleasure to talk to. Thank You guys for a job well done.

Taylor did a great job today. 5 stars. He performed the most thorough heater maintenance that I have ever seen. I had many questions, and Taylor answered all of them. He also explained how to identify heating system problems so they can be accurately reported. Kudos to Taylor. Great job today.

Grant was so great about explaining to me what was wrong with my furnace and why. It was nice to be told what everything would cost before he actually did the work and because of this I felt at ease that he and Apollo were a very trustworthy company. Will recommend them to everyone!

Very pleased with Apollo and Taylor! Taylor checked everything over for us and explained everything he did for us as well explained more about our system ( we just bought a new house ) Taylor answered all of our questions we had and was very knowledgeable! On time and professional! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends/family/clients.

Grant was on time, friendly, cheerful and respectful of our home. Grant walked through everything he was doing and explained everything in a professional manner. He came the same day and time scheduled and completed the service in a thorough manner. Grant gave recommendations but was not pushy. We were very pleased with their service. When finished they left the area clean and tidy.

We had AC and furnace replaced by Apollo last year. Excellent experience, price was lower than any other quotes we got. Annual maintenance check was done by Taylor today-he was professional and courteous and explained everything. Apollo and employees like Taylor is why we wouldn't call anyone else for HVAC work, great job Taylor and Apollo!

Taylor came to do my yearly maintenance on my furnace and provided recommendations which he was able to perform immediately. I have used Apollo for years and they have been wonderful, professional and courteous. I trust this company and will continue to use them indefinitely. Taylor was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in explaining what he did.

Grant arrived on time and he was very courteous. Grant put his shoe covers on before entering the property. He informed me that My furnace ,a two stage, had never actually gone to the second stage due to the fact that the original installers had not flipped a switch on the motherboard. Of course he fixed that also. Grant is truly an asset to his organization. We have been with Apollo since Tom owned the business and we will be with them in the future. Thank you Grant and Apollo!
