This company made this process easy. I'm new to the Midwest. Taylor was awesome with a lot of insight. I couldn't be happier with the services I'm being provided. Just agreed to also have them clean my ducts. You can't go wrong with Apollo!

Grant did a fantastic job. He explained everything he did. He even gave training on our thermostat on how to better use it. They were able to move my appt date up due to a cancellation. Dan showed up on time and was very friendly. He spent a lot of time servicing our furnace and even changed the batteries in the thermostat for me. Couldn’t be happier with my first experience with Apollo and will definitely use them again.

Was scheduled for regular maintenance today; Taylor and Chase were very thorough in the process. Had a little hiccup that needed repaired, but they did have it done in quick fashion, and I did not have to wait. I strongly recommend Apollo Heating and Air. They are great!

Bought a new house. Thermostat wasn't keeping up. Called this afternoon and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Taylor and Mike were both very professional. Knew what they were doing, talked me through the entire process, made recommendations, and had me fixed within a short period of time. I was so impressed with Apollo I signed up for the maintenance package, which, is very reasonable!

Mason did an amazing job going through my new HVAC systems to ensure they are operating at the optimum level. Mason was very knowledgeable and answered all of my question. His professionalism was extremely encouraging and it was good seeing someone truly want to provide top level service. Taylor and Chad provided a very thorough inspection and maintenance of our furnace. They provided assistance in properly balancing the air flow to ensure even heat distribution to both ends of our home. Taylor provided written instructions for any future adjustments if needed. They wore shoe covers to protect our carpet and left the furnace area spotless. Great customer service.

Annual winterizing of the furnace. Grant did a great job, keeping me informed on all aspects of his check. I appreciate the checklist the showed what was done. He answered all of my questions. Grant seemed concerned about my system and making sure it was in tip top condition.

Our ignitor went out on our furnace on 1/18/23. They were so caring and prompt. So nice to have heat in January. We were discussing thermostats and Lucas said I can show you a couple and install it same day. Two issues fixed in one day. Lucas was very prompt, helpful, polite, and professional. Also not sure who answers their phone but they were so caring listening me ramble about having no heat and afraid my pipes would freeze. Made me feel very comfortable and I knew I had called the right place.
