The moving team were incredibly cautious with all of our belongings as well as their surroundings. The team was fast and efficient beating their estimate - would not hesitate to use them again for another move.

In a 1 hour move the movers managed to break the leg off my desk. Okay, no big deal but then after two weeks of not being able to fix the desk, they offered me less than what it would cost to replace the desk. Now im stuck having to buy and set up new desk all because they dont know how to secure a desk in their own truck. Also, Christina was a horrible representative to talk to to figire it all out with. Laughable. 0 stars*.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Had several items damaged in our move nearly five months ago and just received them back. It took almost 6 weeks to get our items picked up for repairs and even acknowledged that they were damaged. Phone calls and emails were barely returned from Christina in claims and always met with excuses if not returned. One of our items was returned to us in worse condition than when it left and we got an insult of a refund for an item that cannot be replaced. Cannot recommend staying away from them as much as possible! Have never been treated with such a lack of respect and horrible customer service.

Two men and a truck Lincoln NE did a great job in setting up the move and executing our move. Easy to do business with. Office staff was polite and responsive. Provided great updates. The young men doing the move were careful, professional, knew what they were doing and worked very hard to keep us within our time estimate. Very highly recommended.

These guys are the hardest workers I've ever met. They're very careful with everything, and are also very friendly. We are very satisfied, and would definitely hire them again. Definitely worth the money!

I hired them to move me from my former small town to Lincoln. The movers decided to tip my $400 bookcase on its side and slid it across the concrete floor of the storage unit they were loading, leaving horrible scratches along the side. When I pointed out the damage, they filled out a damage report and insisted on taking it back with them for repair and said their customer service person would call to let me know what was going to happen. I never heard from anyone until over a month later, despite leaving at least two messages asking for an update. The person who called wasn’t even with customer service. It was just someone trying to arrange the return of my bookshelf. When I said I needed it delivered after 5:30 PM due to my work schedule, he balked saying it was outside their business hours and he would call back. Two weeks later, and another two unanswered messages later, I finally managed to get in touch with a Christina who was not helpful at all about anything. Even though it was their employees fault my bookshelf was damaged, I was supposed to rearrange my work schedule for them. I got a delivery date and time set up with her but apparently she didn’t let anyone else know about it. No one came during the two hour window they were scheduled. In desperation I went down to their physical office and no one there had a clue they were supposed to drop it off that day. They did get it to me eventually that day but nowhere close to the scheduled time. When I finally managed to look at the repaired bookshelf, the repair was pathetic. All they did was put some wood putty in the scratches, and they didn’t even do that great of a job with that. Frankly, I could have done just as good a job myself. So now I’m left with an expensive bookshelf I once loved but now I’m not even sure I want any longer. This whole ordeal has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I’m not even sure I want to look at it any more. This shelf has been through two moves before done by amateurs. I expected better from a professional moving company that charged me $4000.

They absolutely destroyed our new dresser. Broke the top in, and broke two of the legs on it. They have not gotten back to me for OVER A MONTH about repairing it. I HAVE CALLED SIX TIMES!! So unprofessional. They haven’t responded to my emails. We called and they said “we are waiting for the payment to go through” which is a complete lie because I paid the bill the day they did the job, and my bank confirmed it. On top of all of this, the movers were terrible! They spent more time in my bathroom and chatting than they did working! My fiancé ended up doing a lot of the unloading because they were moving so slow, milking the clock. It was very obvious they were moving slow on purpose. This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with. PAY THE EXTRA AMOUNT FOR COLLEGE HUNKS MOVERS, BECAUSE THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

Two men and a truck are dependable and they reasonable pricing. I have worked with Stephanie O’Dell who works behind the scene to make your move as best as possible. Stephanie is so kind and she is very helpful when comes to scheduling my moves. In addition, I have worked with a number of moving staff and it is just like they advertise they treated me in the same manner as if it was their own grandmother. They lead with patience and kindness. They work really hard and I appreciate every single office staff and mover that I have come in contact with. They are simply excellent when it come down to moving!!!!

I wish I could give negative stars! I cannot believe the experience I had with this company in Lincoln Nebraska. They broke my $1500 washer and tried to say they weren’t sure it was them after he told me how he broke it, then they broke my jewelry armoire leg and propped it up trying to hid it, and they moved so slow and cost me so much more money than it should have been. Then to top it off they are trying to tell me they wont fix my washer because they cant get the part for it so they are only offering $400! I cannot replace my washer for $400. They charge you a personal price per hour based on the value of your items incase something like this happens. What a scam!! I will run my mouth and tell everyone about our experience. I will also be seeing them in court if they don't make this right. Home owners beware!!
