Two Men and a Truck

Creighton and Jerry were kind, respectful, fast but not rushed. They were thoughtful to note anything out of place or damaged...even though they weren't the cause of any said damage. They would check in with me periodically and kept me engaged without being in the way or bothersome. I still felt in control of my property and the move itself. Stephanie in the office was sweet and called to check in a day or two before the move and after the move to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend the company based on my experience.

Terrible and unprofessional are the two words that come to mind after hiring this company to move some of my things. I gave them a list of 8 items +10 totes that needed to be moved and they determined that it would take 3 guys instead of two, because I have a large safe. They tried to move it with 3 people couldn't do it. Then one guy went to the truck for a strap and the two remaining guys tried to move it. Got it half way up and ended up loosing his grip. Luckily the guy on the bottom got out of the way as the safe went uncontrolled down the stairs!! After resituating the safe with two guys up the stairs the other mover and myself pushed it up from below. Let me be clear I had to help the movers I hired move my stuff... They didn't have tools to remove any doors or a handle off the freezer to get it through the door way. They spent an extra 30+ mins reorganizing the truck because they had not loaded it in a way that let them get everything in the first go round. I lent them ratchet straps to tie down my couch in their truck because they didn't have one long enough. Ended up over the max time they estimated for the full move... no surprise there considering how unorganized the crew was. It felt a lot like they grabbed 3 guys off the street gave them a truck and told them they were professional movers. When I tried to call I either got no answer or told they would Call back. (They didn't) I ended up going into their location to talk to someone in person only to schedule for them to call me later! This is the first and last time I will ever hire this company! I will make sure to let everyone I know and meet about this experience.

When contacting the office I did not get a response on the day of my move after emailing and calling multiple times. Unfortunately, one of the movers on my team got injured and was unable to perform properly. I was charged more than my estimate even though he was unable to continue at full strength and no replacement was sent. In no way do I blame the crew they were just following orders from their supervisor. When I tried to call to discuss my bill before paying I was unable to get ahold of anyone. Now I have submitted a claim and expect little to no resolution. After all this my refrigerator, less than a year old, was scratched down the front.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck! I moved things from 1 area to two different places and worked out the details with the person who scheduled the move for me. There was no confusion with the movers - they were on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. I really appreciated how professional and friendly they were! We used twice in two years and they were quick, thorough, reliable, and polite. The first time we used them, it was after a competitor lost our reservation. Two Men and a Truck got us taken care of on short notice. I would recommend them to anybody moving. One thing, we had a female mover and she did a fantastic job, so maybe rebrand? ;) Two Friends and a Truck, Two Folks and a Truck, Four Arms and a Truck, Two Hardbodies and a Truck?

Are you kidding me?! Why would you block someone's else's driveway! Tell the OWNERS to move their cars so you can park in front if their house. Nobody even asked me out of courtesy. Completely unprofessional!

We've used Two Men and a Truck for several small moves around town for my mother-in-law, so we went with them on our large move to another house. Everything went very well and I couldn't be more happy with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Third time we have used this location of Two Men and a Truck. This was our largest move of the three. They did an AMAZING job. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Office staff was super to work with and checked in before, during and after the move itself. The crew of 4 we had did such a fantastic job. They were polite, professional and took great care to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. They were just super. I hope we won't be moving again any time soon but for anyone who is they are fantastic.

We used Two Men and a Truck from Lincoln, who drove up to our home in Sioux City, IA to pack and move us here to our new home in the capitol city. With a 3,500+sqft home, it required four men and two trucks, but they were amazing and got it all accomplished in a single 14 hour day, right before Christmas Eve. From the onset with the staff getting an estimate, working out some specialty concerns, the cost was more than reasonable and the professionalism by Yancy & his team was exceptional. It was a long hard day but they remained in perpetual motion, had great attitudes, were very cautious with the furnishings, walls, etc and patient with getting items placed and put together where we wanted them. We were so impressed and grateful with the entire process. Can heartily recommend this wonderful business!

This local team handled my 3 simultaneous moves extremely well. They were polite, helpful, friendly and got the job done as quickly as possible, and on the hottest day of the year! I have used the Lincoln-based company before and have always been very satisfied with their professional service.
