Summit Dental Health

If I could give this place a zero I would, unfortunately I have to put one star. My son WAS a patient here. We were told he had cavities.. okay fine my son was 5 at the time and we scheduled his appointments… mind you they did one cavity at a time.. I wasn’t allowed back there when they did them (I thought because of Covid).. eventually we get ALL the cavities done (so I thought) we had our regular appointment for cleaning the dentist, Dr. Elle Jones, she looked at his teeth and told me that his teeth were messed up and whoever filled these cavities did a horrible job, I informed her that she was the one who did them. She preceded to tell me that she didn’t do these and she knows her work… well the dental hygienist pulled up the x-rays and sure enough she did them… her comment “oh he must of chipped them or something” that should’ve been my moment to run… they tell me again my son has two new cavities, and I say okay fill them, but do them at the same time because I’m tired of my son being scared when we pull up… now I know why. Fast forward we come to his appointment on time, we wait AN HOUR to go back (luckily I work healthcare so I know that sometimes appointments get pushed back, etc.) they take my son back and not even 20 minutes later the dental hygienist comes out and tells me they filled two but he has another… I flipped, I said it’s only been two weeks what do you mean he has another one, the hygienist couldn’t even tell me just kept going on about needing to get an appointment made. We signed the paper and left. We haven’t been back since, and I will never go back. I recently found a new dentist that my son LOVES.. they did x-rays of my sons teeth and were even shocked themselves..my sons cavities have now all had to be re-repaired thanks to Summit Dental, putting him through more pain.. parents whatever you do, please do not take your children here… take them to an office that ACTUALLY specializes in children dentistry.

Dr Ritchie is an amazing dentist. I have high anxiety and he has never hurt me. I've gone to him for years! Gabby is the BEST around. She us just wonderful. Si nice, funny and puts you at ease right away. They explain everything. The front staff is so helpful and always very nice. I won't go anywhere else.

Everything went smoothly and I was properly informed about how my insurance works and how much work I need done . Very nice ladies up front and the dentist was nice

Very impressed with Dr. Elle Jones! She is extremely thorough and very sweet. She took the time to explain my dental needs to me & was so patient with my questions. She is very knowledgeable, I’m so happy I found her! Beth, my Hygienist was So professional and so sweet as well. She took her time & did a spectacular job. They worked hard to get me in as soon as they could to fix my tooth. Everyone is great from the receptionist to the nurse and Dr Ritchie is always the best. Blessie is also great

I’ve always had the best experiences here. Before I came to Summit I was terrified of dental work, but now; I look forward to having my beautiful smile cleaned & fixed when needed. The staff is very accommodating and the doctors are very gentle and thorough. 10/10 best around

Dr. Kreekos is an amazing dentist! He and his staff did a fantastic job of making me comfortable while I was in the chair. Wonderful job from the coming in the door to exiting the the building. I have a disability and felt like a regular person there for a dental appointment! I cannot find the words to tell Summit Dental how grateful I was for all they do for me! Thank you to everyone for a terrific experience 😊 at Summit Dental!

Dr. Richie is one of the best dentist, and always so kind and warm. The staff makes you feel comfortable and overall just a fantastic place, highly recommended! I have been a client for 7 years.
