Summit Dental Health

My grandma had an appointment here. I came with her because she doesn't speak English very well. The ladies at the front end were very nice. We forgot our masks and they gave us some that we could use. We were admitted quickly. And the dentist's assistant, forgive me I can't spell her name, Janesha, was very kind and patient with my grandma. She explained the process of the x-rays. 10/10 Service from her. After the x-rays the dentist, Ms. Jones, came in and checked my grandma's teeth. After the checking she gave us a bunch of good advice to upkeep her teeth. They even gave us recommendations for the specialists. I honestly can't take them enough for how kind and patient they were with us. It was a great experience and we were glad we stopped by.

This place is the best. I've been to other dentists in the past and came out crying from being tortured in the chair. The professionalism is top notch and I feel safe in their hands. It was a pain free experience and I didn't come out full of bloody gums unlike other places I have been to. They were careful and didn't nick my gums by accident, pinch my lips, or rest their hands against my face or jaw. I'm truly impressed and will be coming back. This is now my family dentist!!!

Great office!!! You can tell that everyone in this office wants to you to have a great dental experience. Highly recommend!!!

They never have any of my information when I go there. The dentist didn't even know if they pulled my tooth there or not when they did. This review is specifically because months before this he told me he would pull my other teeth and then when I went to get impressions done he said why haven't you been referred to an oral surgeon and then referred me to one which was 3 months out. I waited months for him to apparently forget the plan and change it. Now they are back to giving me the run around because they definitely took impressions and have no notes of anything happening in my last appointment. I am beyond disappointed and this place is so inconsistent it's crazy. I've been trying to get these teeth pulled and a denture now for almost a year due to their negligence.

Such a lovely group! Dr Jones is a rockstar and Kalie at the front desk is efficient and personable. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They got me in even though I was 30 min late. The doctor completed my dental exam with patience and gave me details about everything he was picking up on. As my first visit I would rate my experience 10/10!

Dr. Kreekos is amazing. He refilled a molar with no pain. He's terrific about telling me exactly what he's doing and what to expect every step of the way. I've had many dentists over my many years, and hands down, Dr. Kreekos is the BEST!!

Never disappointed with the work done here. They really make sure you’re comfortable and they are really nice. Dr Jones is the best as well as everyone who works on your teeth. Highly recommend. Dr. Jones and Gabby are the best, ever!! Great team, and 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever know!!

Everyone is very friendly. Gabby is my favorite Tech. She always has positive energy that makes your visit at the dentist as pleasant as it can be. The dental hygienists have all been amazing and are gentle while cleaning your teeth. They are good at fitting you in if yoEveryone is very friendly. Gabby is my favorite Tech. I was limited to summit dental due to my insurance, Medicate. I questioned the fact that they refused to do any other work on my teeth unless I included gum scraping. I couldn't get me any repeat appointments until over a month out, I told them during the evaluation which they charged before that I had a stroke, And then expected me to get a note from my doctor for the next visit which was to be a month away, But that was canceled and I made another appointment for 2 months away at which point 2 hours before my appointment they called me to ask for that note again.. I have teeth that needs to be attended to or I'll lose them at this point I've waited this long and the next appointment will not be for Two months... Unfortunately my options in Omaha are limited and I will have to go out of network and pay out of pocket which I'm willing to do at this point rather than trust my teeth to this outfit . If you are limited by your insurance i hope that you have a better experience
