Summit Dental Health

I woke up with an excruciating tooth pain. I called Summit Dental and they got me in on the same day. They are very good at what they do, extremely nice and professional. I will recommend them to anybody.

Good experience each time we go for cleanings. Our dental hygienist was very timely, in fact ahead of schedule. The office manager Teresa is the best Everytime. So pleasant as well as knowledgeable if you have a billing question.

Quick and friendly service. Came 15 mins early, finished paperwork 5 mins after my appointment time. So if you have paperwork to do or it's your first time, I recommend getting there 15-20 minutes to be safe. My routine cleaning only took about 40 minutes and I was out 45 mins after my appointment time. Everything went smooth, no problems!

This was definitely not a pleasant experience! As I already have anxiety issues when it comes to seeing a dentist, this office did not make me feel any better! I spent more time in the lobby versus with the actual dentist! Once the dentist came in and reviewed my x-rays and teeth she spoke very softly almost like a whisper to tell me what she saw and immediately left room for the dental assistant to give me the final details of what I needed to have done. The dentist did not give me the opportunity to ask any questions about my diagnosis. Her bedside manners were far from pleasant! It’s fair to say I will not be visiting this office again! Thanks for making me not feel any better about seeing a dentist!

There are a couple of things that I am in need of with my teeth which require a couple of trips to the dentist. Due to multiple mix-ups my appointments over the last 2 days have been changed and then changed again which was very frustrating for me. I thought I was going in today to be fitted for a crown, but instead, I ended up having something else done. This increased my frustration, but the dental hygienist that took care of me today was very patient, very kind and very helpful. She did the best she could to fix the mix up in my appointments, and I know that it will all be okay. During the appointment today, I had zero pain. They did a topical numbing, they gave me a shot which I didn't feel at all and my tooth was fixed perfectly. Despite the mix-up earlier everything worked out, and I am very satisfied with Summit Dental.

Dr Kenny was great! I feel good about the plan we have in place to help keep me healthy.

Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Farivari explained my upcoming procedure very well and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. Only two complaints: one half hour till I got called back to the exam room and once I got back there another half hour till the dentist came in. One hour is too long although it might have been an isolated case where they were running behind. Music was way too loud. Would have been much more pleasant to have a soothing or easy listening music at a much lower volume.

Very friendly and professional. I was nervous and they immediately helped me relax before the exam. I'll be returning for my crown! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I absolutely love Dr. Kenny! I'm 60 years old & have never been lucky enough to meet a dentist who listened to me & didn't speak down to me. He makes me feel good about myself so THANK YOU! PS Love his dental assistant too, sorry I suck at names. Everyone was super nice except the first person who had answered the phone. She was ill informed & had I had an alternative would not have gone there. Thankfully that was only time I encountered that individual & everything great since then. Regret not knowing name of neg encounter.
