Summit Dental Health

I went in with intense swelling and pain. They took an X-ray of the side that hurt. Measured my gums and told me i need to see a specialist. Didn’t address my pain or anything and sent me on my way. I got a second opinion today and turns out it’s full of infection in the back and the swelling is now going down into my throat. Thank god i was able to get a second opinion and medication before this got any worse.

The ladies in the office are very nice. They inform me of dental procedures that I may need or that I may want and give me information on that. My new dentist I didn't have a lot of time to talk with but she seems very pleasant. I will miss dr. Goodman however I hope she does well in her new field. Thanks again for the cleaning and I would like to schedule soon 4 getting my new dentures. I mean the permanent ones.

The staff at the LaVista location is amazing! My experiences with them have been over the top. My comfort level at going to the dentist is not the best, but they put me at ease and do great work!

I had to change dentist due to mine retiring and his replacement wasn’t in network with my insurance. I was very pleased with the kindness of everyone - from the front desk, the tech that did my X-rays, the dentist and the hygienist. I am happy that my son recommended your office.

It started out bad at first I had to let the dentist know that by gum was not Dead when she was trying to pull my tooth I had to remind her that it take more medicine to kill the nerve in a black person than it do in a Caucasian person , after that we got along real nice her and her assistant was very nice to me. I see that my insurance is paying for all of my bill so I'm asking you to please reimburse me the funds that I put up before I was sure they would pay.

I hate going to the dentist, not many people like going, but I’ve been coming here since 2003. They treat you like family here. They listen to you. They get to know you. Even though I hate going to the dentist, this is the only dentist that I have stuck with for more than a visit or two. Sometimes I’m sad I only see them every 6 months. McFadden and the rest of her team as well as Carrie (hygienist) are amazing!

I love that it conveniently located close to where I live. Customer service is amazing from the receptionist, dental assistant, and the dentist. I would definitely recommend this dental office, because they will be in good hands of people who care.

This place makes customers wear masks to have you take your masks off to be cleaned. What a Joke of a place. They seem to be lost in this. I will never go there again

Extremely nice and they didn’t judge at all how much work I need to have done. I’m always really nervous to go to a new dentist and they really made me feel comfortable so far. Will probably update after I have more work done.

Techs and dentist are amazing but one receptionist has messed up my appointments three times and blames it on me. Other than that it's great but she needs better social skills.
