Spidexx Pest Control

Stephan was great! He saved my dog from running away. He was courteous and thorough. Very considerate of where to apply product within our home.

Spidexx is relatively new to the Metro Milwaukee area, so I was a bit skeptical to contract with them. After having all of my questions answered in a satisfactory manner, I proceeded with signing a contract. They performed their first service today and I am very pleased. The work was done as outlined by the sales professional (Hunter). The work actually exceeded my expectations. I am not one to post many reviews, but since this is a new company to the area, I wanted to share my very positive experience.

I assume they spray for all but haven’t ever had bed bugs or a couple other and I suppose wouldn’t be a bad idea to have a spray that gets all but, think spray different areas for some. I had Springer Pest since we move in this home in 97 and had no problem whatsoever so I suppose price is no 1 reason I switched as cheaper and stewed a bit and felt guilty but so far, good with switch. From the one who signed me up to the guys that come out very good. Haven’t had a woman yet so guys you got it all! After reading this after being with this new company, Spidex I’ve still been satisfied with there work but still feel bad about leaving other after so many years of excellent service with Springer pest control. Thank you to both and recommend either. Price won as I said above.

Sales reps will tell you anything to get you to sign their contract but when they come out to perform the work it's completely different story I hired them for a specific service for rodent control was told that they would also do the spiders and ants protection free of charge as a Courtesy for the service that I hired them for which was Rodent control only to find out when the they Finished performing the service There were 2 access points where rodents could get in and that if I want at a true rodent control it would cost me over $800 so paid the 1st fee just sprinkle spider granules around of which I have 2 bottles of. Service you pay for is not the service you're going to get.

They sprayed once so far and I was told that the wasps should leave after 48 hours but they are still around. Carpenter ants and spiders as well. They did say to call them back if they continued to be noticeable but to give it 10-14 days. I will definitely do that. Service providers very knowledgeable and kind. The salesman was very patient with my extremely energetic and loud 4-year-old. 😃

The staff that come to our home are knowledgeable and polite. We have been happy with the effectiveness of their products and appreciate their commitment to doing a good job.

Had a wonderful experience, Neil was our technician and he took the time to listen to all of our concerns, walk the property and make sure all of our issues were identified and addressed. Spidexx was a referral from a neighbor and I found them to be very professional and really passionate about what they do.

The technician always comes to the door to introduce himself. He explains what he is about to do and asks if we have additional needs. He was flexible with the service when the weather was bad and rescheduled.

I had an appointment with Spidexx today and I was thrilled to see that Joshua was my service technician. He always does such a thorough and awesome job. Thanks to Spidexx, and especially Joshua, for keeping the critters at bay.
