Spidexx Pest Control

Both the agent who came with the offer and the agent who did the actual service were pleasant and professional. However, there seemed to be little communication between the first agent, who made note of the issues and the second agent who arrived to perform the service. I was told there would be a visit one week after the first application, but I was never contacted to set up that appointment. I have no way of telling how effective the service has been to date.

2nd time I've had a Spidexx Door to Door salesman come by my place when I have no interest in the service. Interrupted me as I was doing yard work. Each salesman follows a script that my neighbors are using their service and the company will have a truck in the area. Not one of my neighbors that the salesmen pointed to is using this service and the salesmen do not take No for an answer. Waste my time and theirs.

Today we had a wonderful salesman come to our home and provided in great detail how the services work and set up an appointment today at 3pm. The price was great for the services provided! The truck showed up at exactly 3pm and Mike explained exactly what he was going to do. He gave us a report when he was finished and it only took about 20-30minutes. We are very pleased so far and would recommend Spidexx to others. Thank you for helping keep the pests away!

Our first time using this company after they door knocked in our neighborhood. Orlando was our service provider and was super friendly and professional. He introduced himself to me and my 2 older children and completed his task quickly and efficiently.

We had Spidexx come spray our personal home over a year ago. It was better than I expected, as we didn't so much as see a spider any longer after just 1 visit. We continued to have them return every 3-6 months (depending on the time of year) for maintenance visits. Alex did a good job of answering my questions and confirming that at this stage we only want to do this initial treatment instead of a series of treatments. Orlando did appeared on time, confirmed what he would be doing, and confirmed the details of getting our dog brought in from the back yard and securing our gates. He was efficient and courteous.

The people we speak with and who service our home are very polite…so the people are great. However, we switched to Spidexx over a year ago. We see more bugs than we did with the previous service provider. In terms of scheduling, Spidexx sends an email one or two days before they come to treat our home. I called to change the service schedule once and was told that would be fine - only to get one day notice of a treatment date that was not what was agreed to. I ended up having to call again (and wait on hold again) to set up a separate time to treat the inside of our home. Sometimes you switch to save a few bucks, and it just isn’t worth it. I didn’t think killing bugs was that hard.

I was busy with bathroom renovation & Steven took just a little time to access any issues I have been having (ants) &:explained the remedy &:went about his tasks. Followed up with what he had done & gave me his card & told me to follow-up if I have any issues. He's a real pro!

I have always been extremely satisfied with Spidexx. I utilize their services for preventative maintenance. I can honestly say I have only seen a maximum of five spiders in my home in two years! In between regular treatments, IF I have an issue, they take care of it instantly. Which has been spring time wasps! When I called about wasps starting to gather around my deck they took care of it right away. Their service technicians have always been extremely nice and seem to really take pride in representing Spidexx. I would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciated the professionalism and friendliness shown to me before and during the visit. Joshua and Casey followed my lead by putting on their mask (during the pandemic) when they saw that I had my mask on. Joshua sprayed for insects inside my home and put covers over his shoes so he wouldn’t track dirt, etc. into my house. I want to thank them for respecting me and for spraying where I requested. They arrived in a timely fashion and started immediately once they let me know they were here. They also let me know when they were finished, I really appreciate that! Thank you!
