Shadow Lake Family and Cosmetic Dentistry-Chris Foix, D.D.S. P.C.

Since going here I no longer dread going to the dentist. I feel comfortable and so far have never left with my teeth or gums hurting as I did with my old dentist.

I have tried to get in contact with the office manager over a problem that i could not help due to no longer living in town. I move back and try to make an appointment to find that I’m on a due not schedule list from a few no call no shows that occurred while living in another state. Those appointments i had no idea about either as i did not make them. Dr foix is my childhood dentist and I’m comfortable with him. Now i can no longer see him due to a mistake his office made. For 3 months i have called to speak with the office manager, who never seems to be in and I’ll leave a message. I still have yet to hear back. It’s sad that i can’t go see a dentist I’m comfortable seeing and now being ignored by his office team. I’m moving forward in finding a new one but thought I’d leave a review. I have family members that will also leave their office and go elsewhere due to their mistreatment.

I love this place!! Everytime I go in the front office is so welcoming and helpful. Dr.Foix is always thorough and super patient. I have dental anxiety and he helps me feel relaxed and never pushes me to take more than I can handle. I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever felt this way about a dentist and his office. Most of my family see Dr.Foix and love him as well. I would recommend Dr. Foix to anyone. ❤🦷❤🦷❤

Wonderful staff and facility. They took what was a potentially unpleasant procedure and made it an exceptionally tolerable experience. They make sure you are comfortable and explained everything and just did a fantastic job.

I have been going here for many years and always receive a good result. Dr Foix is thorough and explains everything very well. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place. Chris does an amazing job as do his hygienists. I'm always treated well and the work they do is top notch. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter has pain. Made an appointment for our daughter to get cavities filled, when showed up no x-rays or fillings, just looked. When we asked why he wasn't filling the cavities he basically said it was our fault we didn't show up sooner. At a previous appointment to get invisiline they tried to make me sign a piece of paper they claim was only to inform me of the price but when I asked to read it first, they got real unprofessional and found that if I signed I agreed to pay entire amount up front. Shady...... Don't recommend, we have changed our dentist.

I have seen Dr. Foix at his previous practice and followed him when he opened the one here at Shadow Lake years ago. I have stayed and will always refer family and friends because of his friendliness, skill as a dental professional, honesty and integrity.
