Richie Leggieri Did an Excellent Job on Identifying the Bug We had in Our House and Explaining what Service We Need Done. He Sprayed the inside and outside of Our House. He is Very Knowledgeable Easy to talk to and Friendly. I would like Him to come out every time. Mike and Kim Snyder

This was my quarterly treatment. The gentleman was wonderful as are all of your people. Very nice and professional. I especially appreciate the care they take around Moses my pet tortoise. Thank you for another great job.

We signed up in spring of this year, thinking that we could benefit by having them help with the wasps we seem to get every year. When we signed up, it was through a door to door salesman. Seemed fine, since they were a local company. The salesman promised they would be able to handle the wasps, including those in the eaves on the second story roof. As a bonus, no more mosquitoes. I have mentioned the roof wasp situation to representatives on 2 different visits and it doesn't seem this is covered. Because of this, we have had 2 wasps enter our home at night, and it feels like we are fighting this battle ourselves. And of course, we still have mosquitoes. All for $70 per month. And $125 if we want to cancel, even though they failed to follow through with their promises.

I have used Recon for over a year and their technicians are always amazing with every visit. I can call the office at any point and they have the best customer service. I’ve always been extremely happy. I’m terrified of spiders and that hasn’t been an issue in or around my home since they’ve been servicing. They absolutely deserve 5 stars.

Recon has been great to have for service. Our technicians are always extremely punctual and polite when they are there. They have definitely gone above and beyond in terms of service and customer satisfaction. They 100% have backed their customer satisfaction in our experience..

Louis is great, kind, and very professional. He was so nice to me and took great care of my house. He's very intentional when completing the service, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it. Give this man a raise, the world needs more service workers like Louis.

We love Recon for our pest control services. We have always had a good experience. They are able to schedule appointments quickly/easily, do a thorough job, reasonably priced, experienced, and very friendly/professional. Robert did our service today. He made jokes and was very happy, so we could tell he enjoys his job- and that makes all the difference! He answered any questions we had. I also really appreciated the text before arrival, so we were ready for him when we got to our house. Thank you guys for the reliable/consistent ongoing service!

Louie was a great individual to have represent the high service level one can expect to receive from Recon Pest Services! He listened to and addressed all requests I had as we prepare to move into a colder season that might bring with it the migration of bugs into the house. Louie provided professional, quality service that we have come to enjoy and know as the top standard of care this company puts forth every time they service our home. We love using Recon because they care about what you need and they take care of whatever bugs and spiders we are having problems with. They are flexible when performing service and call ahead before coming out. Louie has come out every time we had someone spray so he knows our house and needs well. He is super friendly and will explain what he is spraying and what it will take care of.

From the first moment we met the Recon sales associate to this morning when we had our first service, I can not express how pleased and impressed I am with the company and our decision to leave another contract for this one! Every single person we have been in contact with has been kind, courteous, very thorough, and professional! We are very happy with our decision to switch to Recon Pest Services and highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest control. Since this is our first application, time will tell with the effectiveness of the treatment, but they do free additional home visits if necessary and do their job with thoughtful enthusiasm and professionalism!
