The technician was extremely polite and went above and beyond. He noticed something outside my house that he felt like I should know and knocked on the door to have me come out so he could show me. I can't thank him enough for not only doing an outstanding job at his job but for just being a good kind person.

Overall very positive experience. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful- Richie was our service tech and he was efficient and friendly. With a heat index or 100° Richie even took my two year old up on the offer to spray him with the hose. Very happy customers here!

Louis serviced our house for the first time today. I appreciated the call ahead of time and Luis was super friendly ! Setting up an appointment was very efficient and easy. I am very happy with that process so far. Louis was very professional, went over the terms of our contract quickly and explained his services in detail. He was helpful with any questions I had and very respectful of our home. He explained what pest problems he saw and what to look for. Louis is the kind of employee that makes you stay loyal to a company, awesome job, very genuine, very professional. We look forward to having him come out again !

Highly recommend this company for pest control. They are always professional and get the job done. They will even come out for free is you notice bugs outside your normal spray cycle.

Jase was a great salesman. Easy to work with and enthusiastic. Very knowledgeable too! Thought I'd pass on how pleased seeing all these dead carpenter ants makes me! I love that the product works, is non toxic to my family and my cats, and is very affordable. I also appreciate how thorough the tech was who came out. Worth the 5 stars!

Louie did a great job! Friendly, informative, professional. Update! Louie continues to do an amazing job and is extremely helpful and answers all of our questions. He even bought some Girl Scout cookies from my daughter! She was so extremely excited! Thanks again Louie!
