Quality Inn & Suites

Dirty sheets, shower, restroom. Noisy to 12AM. They don’t clean rooms or take out trash. Toilet didn’t work.

Room was uncleaned. No rooms left in hotel had to spend an hour trying to find somewhere else to Sleep. Staff's response was I'm sorry there's nothing we can do our cleaning person didn't do the room. Would have been nice if somebody had done a quality check.

Room was not to bad. Could have been a bit cleaner. About time for new mattress. Good truck parking.

The hotel was average. the people were friendly, but the outside areas and parking were very dirty.

The rooms are ok, but the front desk staff are not the best. The people who took my booking applied a discount to my room and the hotel did not honor my new price. I was very disappointed. my one king bed was not worth the 100$+ price, when your in a hurry and its late what can you do! They also called my room hours before check out time (11am) to ask me about checking out (are they rushing people) not very appreciated. Pros; clean and quiet, food close by( because of covid they close early) & close to freeway Cons; Small parking lot so arrive early, no elevator, standard breakfast

It was a quiet stay but the furniture was old and had children’s stickers on it

The room met our expectations. The location was excellent, just off the interstate. Staff was very friendly.

Comfortable bed. Asked for extra pillows, never came. Accomodating staff otherwise for physically challenged people. No protein source at breakfast.

Paid a week rate $418 should have known you get what you pay for found a syringe in the bathroom since I paid cash they would not refund me they thought putting me in another room was sufficient no thank you they are responsible for this there maids obviously don’t clean and they don’t guarantee there name this place is for junkies the workers are all junkies as well . Thank god my children did not touch the front desk lady said at least it was up higher she didn’t care that it was there are not
