Wonderful staff. Clean rooms at a fair price

Great hotel! I was looking for a Choice Hotel near Werner Field for a trip to go see an Omaha Storm Chasers game. This was the only one with a 2-queen-bed room available, so I took it. The people at the front desk were nice, and the room was as well! There are tons of restaurants right around it-Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, a Mexican place-as well as a gas station for you to refill before your trip back. Werner Field is a short, easy drive from the location. Would definitely stay here again!

General Manager is extremely rude! Staying there for a funeral to be close to my family. Wanted to stay 1 more night but couldn’t book thru website. Talked to front desk clerk who was extremely nice and accommodating booked the same room for the additional night and paid for it. On the day of the additional booking I received a phone call from the General Manager telling me to get my stuff out of the room that I had not booked the room. I told him I had a receipt and the charge on my credit card at which time he yelled at me and told me that HE was the GENERAL MANAGER and was looking at the computer and I DID NOT have anything. Once I got back to the property he proceeded to tell me that it was not him who made a mistake but someone else. No apology nothing. Needless to say I was not very nice and I did not stay there that night. I demanded a refund and he told me to leave his property.

Good location convenient to where I needed to be. But I don’t like surveys and why is there a 50 character minimum?

Well the price was right when we booked the room. When we got there and got our room the smoke detector was hanging down and not working. Talked to the front desk and they took care of it. Then on Saturday morning we noticed these tiny ants on the desk in the corner of the room. There was few of them so I went to the main desk and told them what was going on and we were leaving to go to the zoo for the day. When we got back to our room look by the desk and didn't see any and didn't hear from the front desk and no note on what they did. So the next morning we were getting ready to pack and head out and we noticed the ants were back. Also the carpets were damp they must of clean the carpets and it was hard to breath and humid in the room even with the air on. We weren't in are room until later in the evening. So when we were checking out we let the front desk know again about the ants and they apologized for it and did take money off our bill. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very good for us. Jane checked us in on Thanksgiving Day. We had to travel to meet with family for Thanksgiving and a funeral. Jane was very understanding and helpful. The room smelled clean. Big plus!!! Breakfast was adequate with yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, toast and bagels, juice, coffee. Nice little dining area. There were small coffee makers in the rooms. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. The beds were comfortable. Many pillows to choose from. the heating air conditioning unit worked great. The room smelled clean. Good location between Lincoln and Omaha. Closer to Omaha. Interstate exit #440. Scooters coffee nearby. Gas stations. We could not ask for anything more. This hotel is normally used by construction workers in the area, yet it was very clean and nice and we had no problems at all whatsoever!

The room was clean and accessible. The staff was pleasant.

Breakfast was still limited due to covid, but there was a good variety of prepackaged items, oatmeal, cereal, breakfast sandwiches. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was great, lots of tables and benches to put our belongings on. We ate across the parking lot at Azteca Family restaurant and it was delicious! Bathroom is a little tight on space, but the shower worked great, got all four of us through there after swimming without any problems. Pool area is not very well lit and the water chemicals seemed off, water was pretty cloudy. But it didn't deter our kids who had the pool to themselves for over an hour! Overall, we would definitely recommend, it was a great price and very clean!

We were going out to Denver to visit my Daughter and our 4 month old Grandson.We had Large cooler of Frozen Breast that a Friend had given us.Alex was able to make room in the Motel Freezer where we were able to keep it cool.
