These guys came and towed my car on Easter Sunday for easily more than half what other companies wanted to charge. They were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, super helpful, and overall just great! Going to be checking out their repair service for sure!

My car wouldn’t start and Chance was there within 30 minutes. Instead of towing he figured out how to reset the key and was able to start the vehicle. Great service and very professional.

Lightning fast and great customer service! Chance was amazing and went above and beyond to help a stranded lady with no options. I called Saturday at 1:15 p.m., promptly answered and Marc arrived 20 minutes as estimated. Could not have been more pleased as Marc is an expert in Ford trucks like the one I was having towed. I have been using this company when I need a tow for over 15 years. They are always fast to respond, polite and reasonably priced.

Very nice, polite and professional. Love the one stop shopping aspect of being able to get your car towed and worked on by the same people. Very reasonable rates.

We were on our way to have our pilot dropped off to the mechanic. During our trip we unfortunately died and had to get a tow. I called quality auto and within less than 30 mins we were towed to where we needed to be. The gentleman was very friendly as well! Couldn't of asked for a better experience!

I broke down on I-80 a couple of weeks ago around 1am so I started calling wrecker services closest to me and after calling multiple companies that didn't answer or said couldn't go. Quality answered immediately said could be there in approximately 25 minutes and they did show up in a nice clean rollback, loaded up my vehicle quickly and I was very happy to get off the side of the interstate. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Called for a tow today. Here in a few hours not bad, but very bad service. Had I not gone to the dealer to see the car unload they would have done thousands of dollars of damage to my car. Driver allowed the front of my car clip to hit the pavement. He was going to just drive it off and would have done severe damage. After stopping him several times he finally got out some ramps, not enough clearance so he got a second set. We finally got the car off but he still damaged it by hitting the ground. Truck also damaged my drive. DO NOT USE these guys if you have a high end low profile car; they are not concerned about doing the job proper and professionally. Just time and a buck. They should have used ramps to help load the car too!!! They would have cost me thousands of dollars in damage had I not stopped them. This was very evident as the driver allowed the car to hit and was going to simply drive off. I would give 1/2 a star rating if I could.
