I have not been more happy to take my vehicle to the shop. I was quoted an outrageous price from another shop in town that I frequently went to for a brake job, and went looking for other opinions. I found Quality Auto and I am glad that I did. Quoted me out on a price that was half that of the other shop in town, and got it done faster than expected. My family has been going to Quality since we moved here. Fast forward 30 years, my own family won't go anywhere else. From car maintenance, towing and buying. We have used it all. Those guys really do treat you like family.

Told about a 45 minute wait, was actually about 20. The driver was very polite and professional. And the cost was lower than the other companies in the area. He really helped me out and I can say enough that I will recommend this company to anyone else who asks me.

The service is fabulous and very affordable! Today my car was in because it had been making a clunking sound for the last couple months. Of course when I brought it in I couldn't get it to make the sound. Rod still drove my car several times today to see if he could get it to make the sound and he hoisted it up to check underneath for what we originally thought was the issue and he couldn't see any problems. Since he wasn't able to find a problem, he wouldn't let me pay him for the inspection he did, even though I know he spent at least an hour (maybe more) trying to find the problem and get it to make noise. The cost of the inspection was originally supposed to be around $30, which is extremely affordable compared to what other companies said they would charge for the same service He even said if it starts making the noise again to just stop by during the day and he'd drive around with me to listen to it and see what he could do to help at that time.

Brad was the nicest guy when our daughter needed her car towed when she was hit. He was very friendly and was there within 20 minutes to pick up the car and took it to the collision center. I would recommend this towing company to anyone.

Needed a tow because I broke down on the interstate. Pushed it to the McDonald's and gave him a call. Showed up fast, super friendly, and gave me a lift back to my apartment. Very reasonable rate. Would definitely use again.

Brad and his whole crew are great, we needed our Wrecker towed a good distance and they were quick to respond, professional, meticulous, and easy to work with. If I can trust them with our tow truck, you can definitely bet on trusting them with your personal vehicle.

Called Quality Towing last minute after another tow company told me they no longer had an opening until after the inspections office closed for the day and quality got to me extremely quick, and kept me updated with what was going on so I wasn’t ever left in the dark. Chance is very professional and skilled with what he does and I wouldn’t hesitate to have him tow any vehicle for me as I know it would be done right

It's probably never a great situation if you need your vehicle towed but Quality Towing made the experience as easy as possible! Brad was super helpful, would definitely recommend these guys.

My Hummer H2 broke down while my son was borrowing it. I called the GM dealer and they said it would be a while. Two hours later I called Quality Towing. Talked to a very nice lady. She said she would get someone to help. Within 20 minutes, Matt and his truck showed up and within 20 minutes had me back home with my H2 in the driveway. Awesome! Highly recommend them.
