The work was beyond expectations! We absolutely love it. The most unexpected and most appreciated part was the clean up of grounds and laying new gravel that was messed up in the heavy equipment work. Patera will definitely be recommend by us to others and will be our go to for future projects.

I have had Patera design and create landscaping at two homes, and I am very pleased with the work. They are exceptionally good at picking plants that will look good and thrive in the location planted. Highly recommend!

We called Patera Landscaping to get an estimate for some much needed landscaping. Met Jeff Patera and we told him our thoughts/ideas. He was attentive, personable, and very knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment with him for a week later to go over the estimate. Wow, was I blown away!!! Not only did he have a cost break down of everything, he had a beautiful drawing of his vision for our project as well as multiple pages filled with pictures of each plant, tree, rock etc. So much thought and time went into this before we even paid him anything! We had bids from other landscaping companies and no one came CLOSE to the personal attention, service and warranty! Fast forward to the installation day; Jeff’s team were always on time, cleaned up after themselves, courteous and even brought additional ideas to the project. If we had any additional questions, ideas or changes to the plan Abby was always quick to get back to us with an answer. We couldn’t be happier with the results and even exceeded our expectations!! Highly recommend Patera for all your landscaping needs!

We recently had landscaping done on our front yard and Patera was the first and only company we knew we needed to work with. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice from the first consultation appointment, until the end of the job. They were very knowledgeable with the plants we wanted to use and Abby was very patient through the entire design process as changes were made. The crew that completed the job did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier with the work! We would recommend Patera to anyone looking to enhance their curb appeal.

I put in a request way back in spring (March / April) asking to have someone give us consultation on landscaping and a bid on laying a stamped patio. The initial communication was great with quickly setting up an appointment. During that initial call I made sure that it was clear I was in Lincoln as I know they are more prominent in Omaha but do Lincoln work according to their website. The woman I spoke with said that was fine, and they do work in Lincoln from time to time. The day of the scheduled appointment comes and I get a call about 30 minutes prior to the time and they say that they did not realize the appointment was in Lincoln and can we reschedule. I had taken time off work to be available but sure - that is no problem, we reschedule for a week or so later. The morning of the rescheduled appointment they call again telling me they didn't realize I was in Lincoln and can we reschedule. I explain this is the second time they are trying to reschedule me and are they sure they do work in Lincoln - I am fine looking for other options if they do not work in Lincoln. I was again reassured they do work in Lincoln and we find a time for the following week for someone to come out. On the day of the third rescheduled appointment, someone does come. She is very nice - we walk around and I talk through what I am looking for, she takes pictures of all the different areas and lets me know she will get them to one of their landscape designers to lay out some options. Great! I am looking forward to it. That was approximately 2-3 months ago and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. After about two weeks of nothing, and adding that on to the three different reschedules, I decided not to even follow up and found another local contractor to take care of us. I was very disappointed as I had heard good things about their work.

Ryan and his team were amazing. I had many landscaping consultations with other companies. Many didn’t show or follow up. Patera was there every step of the process. Great communication. Great design. Great followup. Great work. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend them over and over again.
