Papillion Dental Care

This place is the absolute best dental office out there. They're so wonderful with their patients. My mom has double hearing aids and is elderly. They allow me back in the room with her which helps her out because I can always reexplain things to her lf needed. All of the staff there have been extremely kind, supportive and especially patient because sometimes my mom can be a bit difficult. I so much appreciate their respect towards her and their understanding of her situation. They treat you like family and are so willing to go the extra mile for you. If you have any questions/concerns right away you get friendly help without having to go through hoops to get a resolution. If they need to solve a problem for you they make calls right away and do get back to you the same day. I've only had one time where they called first thing the next morning and that's because they stayed with my issue all the way through even though it meant multiple calls for them to make. I was so appreciative that they took the extra steps to solve the issue because most places only do one call and then say that there's nothing they can do about it but not this staff they all truly care about you and your needs.

Had my teeth cleaned by kaytlin today and I was so happy to get her again as she always does a great job! She is very friendly, professional, always in a good mood and explains what she is doing as she works. Great service thank you!

Literally just came home from an appointment at Papillion Dental Care. One word, AMAZING! First impression pretty much sets the tone… this office did not disappoint. From the minute I walked in to when I left I was in awe. Dr. Singha is super chill and very personable. I initially saw him at 1:00 to get my crown re-cemented. As I was checking out, the ladies in front asked if I wanted to come back for a new patient examination and get my teeth cleaned (they had s last minute cancellation) at 3:00pm.I didn’t yet have a Dentist and I thought why not. Best decision. The hygienist, Lynn was amazing, thorough and very personable. I had a second opportunity to meet Dr. Singha. Very personable, calm, good energy. Checking out, the ladies up front are awesome!! I can’t remember their names but they deliver top notch customer service to their patients. I can’t wait to go back in six months. My experience has left me wanting to tell everyone how awesome this office is.

WORST DENTAL PLACE EVER!!! I ok my kid there to have a tooth pulled and the ignorant person bumped a FRONT permanent tooth so bad it fell out. I do not believe this place is qualified bc that should be an easy procedure. I should go back but if they knock a permanent tooth lose when pulling out another geez who knows what will happen if they have a difficult really serious procedure. I like my teeth and want to keep them. If you want to keep your teeth and like them. I suggest finding a better place bc "they did this to my TEEN DAUGHTER."

I think Papillon Dental is awesome. I have recommended a lot of people to their. The staff is very nice and my Dental Assistant is so awesome. She cares. She’s friendly and I would actually consider her a friend just from going there with her there.

Ever since I was a kid, I've always had so much anxiety and fear of going to the dentist. I am so grateful for Dr. Palmer and her team. I expressed how I was feeling about my visit and they truly made this experience a lot less stressful for me.

I am always ready to go in for check up and cleaning. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. They do a great job with my dental care and I am seen quickly! No waiting room wait!!

I have been here twice now and I have had such wonderful experiences both times. Had a filling replaced and a teeth cleaning and I couldn’t be happier! I trust the staff and they are a joy to chat with :) I am enrolling my entire family and I highly recommend to anyone who is interested!

Everyone was so friendly!!! Explained all my payment options. Provided great info and feedback. Even got my appointment in a month early due to a cancelation. Quality service for sure!
