I have received amazing service with Papillon Dental Care. My first appointment went quickly and efficiently. Although it was quick, I still felt important and connected with the staff and that my appointment was not rushed by any means! With confidence, I absolutely rate Papillon Dental Care 5 stars with outstanding service from all points of contact to cleanliness and knowledge. I highly recommend! My referral has now become your referral and I guarantee you won’t regret it!

Every team member at Papiillion Dental was professional and were fun to be with. In 78 years I never thought I would say I was looking forward to my next appointment.

Absolutely blown away by the level of excellent care I received, not to mention the perfection of my cosmetic crown! The whole experience from check in to completion was the BEST! I’m so grateful, thank you so much!

these people are super rude and were upset that we didn’t have enough money to fix all the cavities and only wanted to fix one and we had an issue with first impressions right away. the front desk ladies were amazing and nice but not the actual dentist and assistant. and we told them they were rude and kicked us out.

Dr. Singhal really listened to my concerns. I am so grateful I got a second opinion and avoided a root canal!! Happy to recommend him & his team anytime!! They're all so informative, kind, and professional.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve had! From Ryan on intake to Kayleigh (or something super similar) the dental hygienist, this was one of the smoothest, most understanding staff I’ve ever worked with. I’m not a fan of dental visits and despite my high anxiety about my appointment, I was put at ease while having my needs and expectations met in a professional and personable way. From accommodating my unique schedule to treating me like more than just a customer, I can’t even list all the ways this visit changed the way I view dentists.

My daughter, almost 17, has had anxiety issues when it pertains to dental work. She loves the people here at this dental office. They take care of her and show compassion. I’m glad we changed our dental offices and now get seen here. Thank you!

Horrible experience going here. I went to the clinic because I needed to have a bridge or get a dental implant. I asked questions before and was told they did the work for both. Once I get there I find out they refer out their work and the dentist really doesn't do much for either. At this point I just wanted to be done with my dental work so I agreed to a bridge. The office ran my benefits before doing a single thing and I was only the hook for over 1k. I paid it and was told I was good to go. The dentist did the work and it was really sloppy. It caused multiple issues including losing a neighboring tooth. When I contacted them then they refused to see me (to help save that tooth). Just wouldn't book me. A month later I got a bill saying I owed an additional $200. The work was overcharged in the first place, was subpar, and caused me more damage than when I came in for my original problem. I have since talked to multiple people in my area (I live extremely close) and they have had their own horror stories. My need for convenience ended up costing me thousands of dollars. I think that their reviews are just inaccurate. Beware!
