I take all 4 of my pets, 2 cats and 2 dogs, to Papillion Animal Hospital. I have always had a great experience with the staff and Doctors. They are knowledgeable and take their time when caring for my pets! Their prices for services are great and they always explain what they want to do and give you the pricing before they treat my pets. I highly recommend this Hospital!

PAH has always been amazing. We had a 14 year old dog that got sick, they took amazing care of him. When it finally came time, they handled it all for us, better than we could have hoped. It was the hardest day, but they really helped us through it. Now our new pup has just the same amount of love and care as well. Will always bring our animals here. Highly, highly recommend. 12/10 stars.

They have the best Customer service. Taylor always takes excellent care with Daffodil and is very patient with her and her little quirks. You can tell they care about our furbabies and love their jobs. Thank you.

All the doctors here are spectacular!! My new puppy broke her leg yesterday early in the morning. I took her to VCA and after 45 minutes they still had not done anything for her. I took her into PAH who is my regular vet office hoping they could help her and almost immediately they sprung into action. We were there maybe 30 minutes and the doctor already had done X-rays prescribed medication and referred us to Sirius for surgery. I’m sooo grateful for this practice. Thank you.

This is the best Vet's office ever! They were with us every step of the way with our last dog, Maggie, and all of health issues and right there with us with our new puppy Lilly. We wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else. As long as we have pets and they're in business we'll be customers.

I scheduled my dog’s surgeries through their app several months ago. The app is easy to use and is very convenient. A few days ago I used the chat portion of the app because I had a few questions regarding the upcoming surgeries. They were quick to respond, friendly and answered my questions. Surgery day the check in process was quick and left me feeling that I left Onyx in good hands. After her surgeries Dr Mike called to let me know everything went smoothly and when she could be picked up. The check out process went well. Dr Mike answered questions that I had and gave instructions for her recovery at home. I was very happy with everything about the whole experience. The whole staff of Papillion Animal Hospital is friendly, professional and you can see how much they care about animals. I thought their prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend Papillion Animal Hospital!

Most affordable and most caring vet in the Omaha metro by far. Took amazing care of my cat Snickers. Had some teeth extracted and he is happier than I’ve seen him in months. The process is much less anxiety-inducing here than other clinics I’ve gone to in the past, with in-depth explanations on treatments and pricing.

It was a very sad experience, because I had to have my precious cat Buffy put to sleep due to an incurable ailment. However, aside from the terrible circumstances, the hospital was wonderful, better than any pet hospital I've ever been to. It was a peaceful place and had the feel of a community. I was rather worried, and then distraught while I was there, so I can't recall anyone's names, but the women and the man that helped me were really great. The man, who was the vet, was as gentle and kind as could be in the situation. And the vet nurses were kind and sympathetic. I will be going there from now on for my fur-kid's needs.

The staff and doctors are exceptional! We would not think about going anyplace else. Dr Mike, Dr Dan and their assistants were wonderful and extremely thoughtful with Kylee and Wiley in their lives and last days. Their care and compassion for our pets and us is above and beyond.

My boys and I absolutely love Dr. Mike, Dr. Dan, and all of the staff at Papillion Animal Hospital! They are kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgable. My boys are “geriatric” so they’ve had their fair share of problems. If they have to give you hard news they do it in a matter of fact but caring way. They don’t beat around the bush, but they also let you know they care for you and your pets at the same time. We’ve had plenty of great news over the years, too! Like our latest blood work results! The app is also easy to use and the paw system has saved us a lot of money. Can’t say enough good things about our experiences over the last five years.
