Dr Mike is great! He listen to my concerns and explains everything. He treats my girls (dogs) like his own. Caring, gentle and loving.

Dr. Matt treated my bird for an infection for months and after months of frustration and communication difficulties, I went to a different vet where my bird was diagnosed with 2 kinds of cancer, and he died shortly after. Dr. Matt was focused more on fixing things like perches and toys and even claimed diarrhea had cleared up but it didn't. Wouldnt give me the medicine that goes in the food bowl, so my bird was under stress twice a day for weeks with a syringe. And when I was still here, I told a secretary about their communication problems, and she put her hand in my face and said they did nothing wrong on their end and refused to hear any more from me. Made me wait outside in the 100° heat because of bird flu, he is an indoor bird. No other clinic in Omaha does this. This place was rude and my bird is no longer alive, I could never recommend this place. Never. I emailed a long and descriptive review to them directly and never got an apology or any kind of response. Judging by other reviews, I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience here. -from Molly Anderson

The best vet ever! They are so helpful and know what they’re doing! From the moment I brought my dog in for his puppy visit, they were able to answer all the questions, and set us up with his next few appointments. Any time I had a question, quick responses and able to be seen in about a day. Their app is truly something that sets them apart from any other vet service I’ve had the opportunity to use. The app allows you to set appointments, chat with the staff, see upcoming appointments, shows when vaccinations are coming due, and so much more. They send out reminders for heart worm meds, and when it’s firework season, I’d get a little message saying if I wanted any anti-anxiety meds for my dog to just let them know! Everyone who works here is very helpful, and nice. They know who your pet is and are just very caring and kind. I moved out of the country but they were able to make the shipment with my dog practically seamless. They know what they’re doing and they do it freakin’ GREAT!

We have brought our cats and now our puppy rocky to them they are wonderful people. They worked with us with payment and love there remodel of there facilitie. The whole staff is the best your fur baby will be in wonderful hands we won't go anywhere else.

This staff is top notch! Everyone is so kind and super great at their jobs! Our black lab, Dakota absolutely loves it here! We drive way out of our way to bring her to this clinic because the staff and environment are all 1st class!!

Everyone who works there is so so amazing! Our dogs have been quite a few times and they are so good with the one who is scared of males. And just fit us in again for my cat and we were in and out in less than an hour and were still very thorough. Love our vets!!!!
