I am giving 2 stars only because the guy who actually comes out and does the treatments every 2 months is absolutely awesome. Otherwise, I'd give this company a negative 5. I've been using them for at least 5 years because their treatments work, however their business operations are horrible. I have given them timeframes that work on zillions of occasions, they have notated my account, and they STILL come at the wrong times. And every time I call them they tell me that my account is "heavily notated" about what times work. I just spoke with them again and was told this. Time to find someone new!!

We are longtime Orkin residential clients. In the past 2 years we’ve noticed a steady shift away from customer-oriented service. We are informed that our service will be performed by voicemail message the night before service with no other warning or discussion- which requires us to call back & reschedule. We often get substitute techs rather than one consistent technician who we know and trust. Although we’ve complained about these issues nothing has been done to resolve them. We are switching our service to another provider.

We have Orkin come out every few months to spray. They are fast, honest with communication, and incredibly helpful. They are always on time and they are in and out quickly. They are respectful of protocol during COVID and always wear a mask. We have had Les come the past few times and he's the best!

Our Orkin guy is always pleasant and gets down to business after discussing our lives and what we’ve been up to. Like a visit from an old friend. Our ant problem is taken care of. In the past we needed flea treatment. It took care of them also. Highly recommend Orkin.

I don’t necessarily have a bad review or a good review. The guy shows up, waits no more than 5 minutes before driving away. If you manage to get to the door in under 5 minutes he will take no more than 5 more minutes to do his job. It’s really quick service. Do I notice a decrease in spiders? No. Are we overrun by insects and bugs? Also no. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Called to start service, they showed up the next day. They worked around my two dogs and three cats, professionally. They found some spiders and ants, treated the inside and outside (and then some) and left. No muss, no fuss, exactly as planned and at the price quoted. I know from past experience that I won’t see another bug as long as they are on the job. Great!

Getting a quote for them was very easy and they didn't put any pressure on me to choose their service. They explained exactly what would take place during the inspection and how the treatment process works. They spoke straight facts during their explanation of everything. We were able to get serviced the same day. When the technician came out he did the inspection and pointed out things that could cause the problem and offered suggestions as to how we could fix things. The treatment itself didn't take very long at all. There's 7 adults and 7 children that are in and out of this house daily and after receiving terrible service (that was harmful to children )with another company we were all very pleased with the amount charged and the services we received. Especially when it came to the safety of the children. All of us here would most definitely recommend this company to others.

The young me. that came and did the service at my house were extremely professional, explained everything, and took the time to go over my purchased program with me. Great job fellas.

Marty does a nice job. He is polite and professional. He takes his time and goes through the entire house. I would recommend this service.

so far just got the inspection. Thought I had bed bugs. Inspector found Bats in my attic and said they carried bat bugs which caused the same problems. Explained the whole process well, answered all my questions. Will see how well they do with the extermination.
