Marty did our monthly service. He is excellent!! We used to have Marty specifically when we lived in our house before moving to Swanson Towers. He was able to rid our home of silver fish. He knew exactly what to do and what to use. He “know his bugs well”!! We request and would truly appreciate it if he could be our monthly service inspector again! Many thanks Anne Shackman

Service technician explained everything and was very respectful of our dog and a kid home with an injury. He was fast but thorough. Seeing dead bugs, wasps immediately.

Jacob Ottison was terrific, knowledgeable and extremely professional. No to mention when “I” missed the time slot; he had no problem coming back to swing by and take care of our home same day rather than how most other places would’ve required a reschedule. Not Jacob! He was accommodating and thorough still with the job. Can’t say speak highly enough! Thank you Jacob and Orkin 👍

They were amazing! Responsive and timely in scheduling my first appointment. Dave was great and incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions and was thorough with his inspection and measures that he implemented.

I contacted Orkin to deal with ants and wasps on and around my house. Unfortunately they did a poor job and I had to call them out twice in the course of one month. After the second trip out I noticed that there was still a wasp nest that was never addressed on the back of my house. I contacted Orkin to cancel my services due to poor quality. I was met with an extremely rude customer service representative that claimed no manager was available to speak to. However they told me that I would be contacted by a manager via email to have my services cancelled. I received no such email and promptly contacted them again to cancel my service. I was again told by another customer service representative that I would be receiving a confirmation email from a manager. Again no such email was ever sent. I will be contacting them one more time today to cancel my service, however I doubt this will result in anything. I would not recommend using Orkin to anyone due to poor quality control and poor customer service!

The worst customer service EVER. I canceled my subscription in October, the monthly payment was deducted until August. I called at least three times to resolve the issue and was told someone will call me back. That didn't happen. Again worst customer service EVER.

We were promised that our issues would be resolved and that the work was guaranteed and yet every tech that came out there was a different suggestion on how the where going to overcome my issue one of the techs even suggested that the only way we where going to overcome the problem was if I tore up all the carpet and get rid of all my furniture and beds so I did and yet my issue was never resolved and I’m still stuck with the head ache today in total I spent over 9000 on furniture and carpet and orkins cost and I still have the issue and they never honored there guarantee so be careful cause some thing they offer are not worth the head ache or there rediculous price especially when they don’t take care of the problem…

They were great. Explaining everything. I would highly recommend Travis and Jose. Great honest guys!
