It is easy to schedule and change classes. The coaches are wonderful to workout with. My experience so far has been great. I'd recommend people to give it a try.

I like the constant change of pace with the different workouts. Having other people there doing the same workout helps push you to keep up. The staff that I have encountered since I've been attending Orange theory has been wonderful and very helpful. They are the best!!!

Totally Love OTF, Coaches, Staff, the workout friends you make, always different work outs, 6:15 am classes to start the day. Just when you doubt that you can complete part of the workout the coaches place confidence in you and all the sudden class is over and I feel great!
