If you are looking for a place that makes your workouts fun and time fly by this is your place. No two workouts are the same and can accommodate for whatever level or ability you are at. I found OTF by chance ,went in because it looked exciting & fun. Its now been a 250+ classes & I still look get excited for every class. Your always doing something different & pushing for your own personal best with lots of support from the coaches & staff. Just love it

The absolute greatest workout I've ever done. The atmosphere is not only fun, but it is extremely friendly and encouraging. The coaches are dedicated to ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their workout while making even the hardest workouts fun. HIGHLY recommend OTF!

Been a member since March 2018 at which time I purchased the 8 classes per month plan, but blew through them so quickly upgraded to unlimited. The owners, staff, and coaches are all quality people that really care about you and your goals. This is hands down the best workout I've ever experienced because I just show-up with the right attitude and the coaches lead from there. No stressing about what exercise/lift to do next, it's all prescribed and diverse. The membership is also fantastic as everyone supports and encourages each other--it's really motivating. I am extremely grateful to the Orange Theory Papillion Team and fellow members for helping me achieve many of my goals.

Have been going since 2018 and recently hit the 500-class mark. I can’t say enough good things about it. The classes are fun, the coaches are great, and the music keeps you moving. Plus, as a member, you are able to attend classes at any OTF studio, so there’s really no excuse to not work out. The recent addition of the weight lifting classes (upper, lower, and fully body) has really been an added bonus, as I’m able to focus solely on toning whichever muscle groups the class focuses on and lift heavier weights. I won a month free membership to Orangetheory and was hooked on my first class. I have become stronger, improved my endurance and made new friends! It is coach led so they tell you what to do the entire hour. I push myself at every class and started seeing results in just one short month. I highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone, no matter your ability!!

This rating is based on overall experience of the workout/coach/experience. The workout itself was alright, each coach is different and I attended a class at the West Omaha location before this one and prefer that location and their coaches over this location. The workout was not a "go hard or go home" workout. I felt we weren't pushed hard enough and that could be due to the coaching style in which some totally prefer! But I am one who likes an intense workout and I felt it was not as intense as it should of been. The coach was over my shoulder in which I also did not like and made me feel uncomfortable. The coach is there to help you and correct technique and guide you through things that you may be doing incorrectly which is awesome! But that kind of hovering I did not like. If you were to take a class try the West Omaha location first.

I tried a free class at Orange Theory because I had hit a plateau with my current work out routine. I signed up that first day because I was so impressed with the way the workout challenged me and the coaches are so wonderful! It has only been a month and a half and I have increased the amount I can do on the treadmill, rower and the weights that I use. I can’t wait to see how much stronger and faster I get in the future. Also – if you’re on the fence about signing up, there are people of all ages and fitness levels and every class I’ve been to which is really encouraging. ☺️

If it's in your budget - don't think, just do! Very good workout and kind staff. Attentive to your form to avoid injury and are considerate to any physical limitations. The app is so easy to use, and the totalizer for what's been done cumulatively in workouts is pretty cool to see.

I love that the focus of the workout changes every single day! No matter your goals or your ability level, the coaches will help you get a great total-body workout to help you work towards your goals! More importantly, I LOVE the community that is at OTF Papio!! The coaches are truly incredible, going above and beyond in and out of the studio to help you meet your goals and be successful! The staff is always friendly and helpful! The members are also so fun and positive to be around! It's a great encouraging environment that will help hold you accountable while having a great time working out!
