Omaha Drain

Called and told the service fee is $49 and asked what it costs to clear the drain and said they won't provide that over the phone. When the technician got here was here for 30 seconds and said its $250 to clear the clog in a kitchen sink. Waited all day on the company when I could have been told over the phone the price and gotten someone else out. Really upset as this seems like gotcha type business practices. Called Burton and they are $93 or its free. Asked about additonial pricing on the phone and they were very upfront. Never again trust a company that won't tell me the pricing over the phone.

Omaha Drain is amazing! Tom was great! They helped us when we were in a pinch and left to deal with an issue after our complex's emergency maintenance neglected our calls for help. Tom went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the information we needed! Cannot recommend them enough!

So these guys were great!!! Professional, came in video inspected our line and have an estimate ready same day!!! Thank you thank you I can’t wait to get our basement put back together! Ron and Thomas are awesome

Our floor drain and shower backed up late Sunday night. I called Omaha Drain first thing on Monday morning and a drain tech was at my house within 2 hours of my call. Thomas was very thorough and professional and got our issue resolved. He explained some future issues that we may have and recommended some services that will benefit us in the future. I will definitely be using Omaha Drain again.

Thomas K was professional, friendly and thorough from the minute he walked in my home. Didn’t seem annoyed by my 20 million questions and was ready with an answer every time. Got my drain unblocked and cleaned and even helped me clean the floor of as much of the sludge as he could. Thomas, as long as you are my plumber, I’ll continue to use Omaha Drain! Thank you! Only thing was…..a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Shawn was on time, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough. He diagnosed the issue of a high efficiency toilet not giving enough water to completely flush. He suggested holding the handle down a bit longer and demonstrated its positive effect. Shawn offered addition remedies and prices. Omaha Drain's name has been logged for any future plumbing issues.

Great experience with Omaha Drain. Thomas came over after 10 PM and got our drain taken cleared out in a jiffy. He didn’t rush off though. He helped clean up and looked at a few other areas of the house where we had some concerns. After all that he asked if there were any other problem areas that needed to be addressed. Excellent service. I’ll call them again when a plumbing issue arises.

We used this company last year to clear our main line, so when it clogged again, we called them. A nice young man came out and cleared the line, gave us a coupon and told us we needed our main line replaced. We then got an estimate for over $10,000. We asked that they honor this coupon, and that turned into an argument. We asked for a foreman to come out and discuss the project, and made an appointment for that. We were given a two hour window (10 to noon), so we missed a morning of work waiting for them to show-they never did, we called the company and the owner claimed he “tried to call this morning”, which was a lie-we all have iPhones and voice mail, so it was an easily verifiable lie at that. The owner then said he would get in touch with the project manager. Maybe he did-we never heard from them again. It was a blessing in disguise. The company we did hire was professional, prompt, courteous, and literally $4000 less. We recommend you hire someone else, too.

This services is great if you want to get something booked quickly online.. That’s where the greatness falls off. I reached out on a weekend for a stuck drain. Got online and booked it for the same day. Confirmed the appointment and the people showed up at the proposed time. That was the last time that happened. They worked to get the drain unclogged but couldn’t get it done because of how the pipes where installed by a previous owner. Ok, great. They told me they would call me on Monday to get their boss to come look at it. No call Monday. Finally a call on Tuesday and a scheduled time for the following day. Guy comes out, comes up with a plan and gets me a quote the same day to “fix” the previous pluming. I approved the quote and a new day and time was provided for them to come out and work on it. That day, no call during the scheduled time and they never showed. Tried calling the office got nothing. Finally they call me back hours after the scheduled time and can’t make it that day. Also can’t make it the following morning and needed to make the trip later in the day. At this point, I should have gone with another service. It nice they finally do show, they lumber around for two hours and finally tell me that the work their boss wanted them to do they can’t actually do. So they try the same thing they did the first time they came out. In the end I ended up paying way to much for absolutely no solution. If you want a cookie cutter company, go for this one. If you need actually want solutions that won’t cost you close to 10k, I would look around.

I cannot stress how important it is to find a company that not only cares about their job but also their clients. The folks at Omaha Drain embody this and so much more. I recently got a patch job done for my standing shower along with new hardware installation. This was not an easy job, the shower is old and required cutting into dry wall to get to the interior plumbing. Dylan came out and was not only honest with his work but realistic with the results. Unfortunately, due to the age of the shower the patch did not set properly. This wasn't an issue for Dylan though, as he showed up again just a few days later and redid the whole project FREE OF CHARGE! Needless to say, this was a stellar service that went far beyond what I was expecting. So, if you're in the market for a plumbing service I highly recommend these folks. You won't be disappointed.
