Omaha Drain

What kind gentlemen! I had concerns about our utility room floor drain and they came out the day I called! I will keep their phone number handy for any future issues, including a bathroom remodel we are planning to get done.

Tom was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable on everything we asked him. Helped ease the anxiety we had from our issue.

Thomas was friendly, polite, and professional and worked late into the evening to make sure everything was taken care of for my family and I. There was no hidden fees or ridiculous charges and they were kind enough to add me on to their task list late in the day.

Asked how much generally it would cost for what I wanted done but was told a technician would talk to me when they arrive ($29 fee to come out) Then was told when he got there for what I wanted done would cost me upwards of 2000 dollars and it’s a set price for this particular service. So I am out $29 for nothing when I could have been informed over the phone but I guess that’s easy money in their pockets. Technician was nice though.

Great business to work with! Just had Thomas look at an issue and he was on time, honest about what was going on, and talked me through the process and possibilities for future work. Would highly recommend!

We had our main back up late at night & a technician, Thomas, came out stat even with it being memorial weekend. He ran cams located & cleared first problem but then continued further to find more & got every thing opened. He did an excellent job & easy to talk with about current issues & future work. Price was very fair & I feel we received above & beyond service.

They did the work quick, friendly people. But they left my yard a mess.. left a mound of dirt they could have leveled off better and cracked my driveway in multiple spots. All in all - okay service..

Service was excellent. Two guys came to my house within 2 hours after I called. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They cleared my plugged sink drain pipe in less than 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with your company.

Absolutely Wonderful! Fantastic customer service. The person who answered the phone was friendly, informative, and helpful. They provided same service with updated times via text and worked around my schedule in their arrival and departure. The technician, Bill, who came out was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every step and every option. He was extremely kind and very helpful. All of jobs were completed promptly and efficiently. It has been a long time since I have seen such great customer service and company who truly cared about the customer. Highly recommend!

The first guy, Thomas, showed up and had a bit of a challenge locating the clog in my drain, after about 5 hours, he asked if they could come back the next day to continue. Bill showed up the next day and was able to locate and clear the clog in about an hour. This review is 5 stars only because Bill was able to get it taken care of. Thomas was fairly new to the company and may need more experience under his belt, but I feel like maybe he should not have been expected to do this on his own. In my opinion, shame on management for expecting him to come by himself to do a job that he was not properly ready to complete.
