I would 10/10 be using them if I ever move again! Graham and his teammate were very fast and very professional. Just super pleasant to work with. I would recommend that anyone who needs a moving service please look into using them.

I've used their moving services twice now and they're an exceptional company. The movers are courteous, efficient, careful and punctual. I will use Moving Made Smooth every time I need help moving.

This family-run company is fantastic. The woman who helped us set up our date and time was thorough and answered all of our questions. The invoice detailing information and cost was emailed within 24hours. The company called to confirm our appointment date and time the day before the move. They were on time (called before they came to give us a 10-15minute heads up) and were incredibly efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company to make your move smooth!

I had 3 men come on 7/3/14 to move what I had been told on the phone would take approximately 5 hours. They arrived on time at 9 and at 3 they were done unloading the first load. I noticed at the new address that they had not loaded the truck full and could have put many more boxes inside. We told them what specifically to take on the next load (all of the big, heavy things). At 6:45, we had to make a management decision and that was to let them go. They gave me the bill which was $990 and I did not know what to do except to pay it. I was outraged. They broke the headboard on my bed, scratched my new wood floors, marked up a door and never once told me that they were sorry. The next day, I noticed that they had not moved a bronze statue which was very heavy. Luckily, I had a friend who had a flatbed trailer and also a cargo trailer. It took him 4 loads to finish moving me. A girlfriend had helped me take 5 loads in her SUV before the date of the move. Their problem was that they did not know how to load a truck correctly so that it would be efficient. They had muscles but that is not good enough in this business. Especially toward the end of the day, they got sloppy with laying down protective layers on wooden floors and doors. It was not done.

These guys are awesome and a bargain. So worth it. They are quick, they know how to load a trailer, and are very willing to help out. I don’t ever want to move ever again (ha) but I’d definitely be hiring them a third time if I do!

This weekend my 71 year old mother was scheduled to be moved by another moving company (Smooth Moves to be exact) however the owner of that company (Matt to be exact) was very unprofessional and decided to leave us in the lurch 2 hours before the move time. Fortunately (due to a happy accident), I spoke with Ken and Carrie(sp?) of Moving Made Smooth, explained the situation and they were very willing to help us. After 10 or so minutes, they called back and said their men were booked for the day however they spoke to a colleague and got us setup with them to take care of the job that Matt w/Smooth Moves would not do. So now we were back on track with the move. Tim and Connor with Moving Forward came on time, did a great job and the move went smoothly and timely. These four people turned a would be fiasco to a super day!! KUDOS to Ken, Carrie (sp?), Tim and Connor for being professional, taking responsibility of someone else's bad business (Yes......I'm talking about you Matt w/Smooth Moves). Much appreciated. I hired Moving Made Smooth 4/30/19. They accommodated my schedule which I was so grateful for. They movers were motivated and quick getting all furniture out of my old house into the new. I have already recommended these movers to others.

I have used Moving Made Smooth on 3 different occasions now personally and recommended them for a handful of other moves for family and friends. I had moving made smooth move me in to my current home! They did a fabulous job! The guys were very polite, professional, efficient, and fast!!! They took such care in making sure to properly load and unload all of my items without damaging a thing! I would recommend them to anyone!!! The price was also great! I will never move without Moving Made Smooth again!!

Ken and his exception crew stepped up to help a young couples move into their first home happen! A winter move can throw curve balls with bad weather. Ken handled a no notice request for a quick unload of a storage pod. This caring act placed a family into their forever home! The crew was early went straight to work listen to directions. They had all the proper tools a moving company should have. A family owned company that provides exceptional service. We highly recommend this company!
